Very beautiful villa with swimming pool and terraces, located 500m from the beach (8 people)

Charming 140m² Spanish villa with all mod cons just 500 meters from the beach.
8 people can stay there thanks to the 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds) and 2 sleeping places in the living room. Everyone will be entitled to their share of comfort with 2 bathrooms, a large and very pleasant living room and 2 furnished terraces. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and fans so that heat is no longer a problem. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is an LED satellite TV, a DVD player in all formats and a Bose mini-channel.
There is free internet access in the villa, evenings allowed and pets welcome.
A new rounded and covered terrace of 30 m² by the pool will be appreciated for eating away from the heat with direct access to the kitchen.
A deposit of € 400 is payable upon arrival.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The villa was lovely. It has just about everything you could need to feel right at home. The outside space is amazing. Very convenient spot for shops, bars, restaurants and beach. We did not require a car. We would definitely recommend this villa. Communication with the owner and also the management of the property was very efficient and helpful.

Fab family holiday

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was clean, well presented and a short walk to the beach, numerous bars/restaurants and several supermarkets. Kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the BBQ, all the terraces and the children loved the pool.

From the initial meeting with Nicolas when we arrived we had a wonderful 10 day stay in the property which exceeded our expectations. Nicolas was most helpful and we found his introduction to our stay very informative covering all we needed to know. We have stayed in many properties in Los Alcazares and this one is right up there with the best for us as family.

Fabulous villa

Lovely villa in quiet residential area close to the beach and the strip or the centre of Los Alcazares. There were even some fabulous air displays. The pool is huge and deep. The area felt very spanish and not very touristy which was lovely.

Most wonderful time.

Beautiful villa central to everything you need in lovely Los Narejos. Short drive or bus ride to many other towns and Mar Menor beaches. There are so many different bars and restaurants on the 525 strip that you get spoiled for choice.We loved every minute of our stay. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Quiet and relaxing

Loved the size of the pool and outdoor areas in general. Always have shade if needed. Had mum nearly 90 who uses wheelchair and resort is ideal, so flat, although there are a few steps in villa which we knew about from photos .Very close to everything, beach, supermarkets, and the bars/ restaurant area. Very well equipped inside, alth6a small welcome pack wou6be good. Would stay again

This villa is stunning, so spacious and immaculately clean. We stayed here with our 4 kids and mum and there was plenty of room for us all. We spent most of our time on the outside terrace and the kids in the pool! Unfortunately the pool isn’t heated so it was a bit cold for my 2 year old, but he was happy playing with all the toys provided. The villa is perfectly located, a 10minute walk to the beach and strip where there’s lots of places to eat. Nicolas was extremely helpful and easily contactable if we had any questions. This is honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Rental Review

The villa was perfect for all our family needs. Spacious both inside and out, with all the necessary furniture/equipment to make it a comfortable stay. The outside area was even better than described, with plenty of comfortable, shaded areas. The pool was one of the largest we have had, which was great for the kid. Overall, it’s a fantastic villa and we would definitely use it again.

This was our first villa holiday and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The villa is absolutely beautiful and the pool is amazing! Such a good size for up to 8 people. The facilities were fab - there is everything you need inside and outside. Nicolas was a brilliant contact, even allowing us to leave our cases when we first arrived until the property was ready (saved us having to drag them round with us in the heat!) He was also easily contactable in case of any queries. The location was also excellent with the beach and plaza within a 5-10 min walk. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and we hope to be back one day!

Exactly as described & pictured.Nicolas oversaw a smooth check in & kindly accommodated us in our arrival time.Villa was exceptionally well equipped. Perfect size & layout for grp of 5 which incl teens & grandparent. One bedroom is accessed outside main property on first floor with private astro turfed terrace.Hygiene throughout v good - comfortable beds. Aircon was a godsend as weather very hot during our stay in July.Grt location 5-7 min walking distance to supermarkets & the restaurants.

This villa is in an excellent location for both the beach and the restaurants. The facilities offered are very good, the only fault we had was the bed linen and also the towels weren’t the best. We think they are ready to be replaced. Apart from that we had a really good week.

Our new favourite place to stay

Amazing property, ideally situated a short walk to the Strip with absolutely everything you can think of to make your stay amazing. And the pool!! It was much larger than we were expecting. My son spent most of his time in the pool and it was easily big enough to swim laps (and work off all that lovely food and drink)! Spotlessly clean, efficient check in and out and first class communication with the owner. We loved it and will definitely return.

Lovely villa

Lovely big clean villa with plenty of outside space for both eating or just lounging around by the pool. Villa has everything you could possibly need also with WiFi and English TV. Lovely quiet location and very short walk to the beach or "The Strip" for bars and restaurants and supermarket. Have been visiting Los Alcazares for 12 years and this is definitely a villa we would love to return to. Thanks to Dominique who responded promptly to any questions we had prior to the stay and to Laurent who was very flexible with the check in/check out times.

Wonderful situation

We have a superb week staying at the villa. Three generations and with need of assistance owing to health issues of several members but the week was just perfect. It was extremely hot and the beautiful pool was a Godsend. Thank you so much to Dominique and Nicholas for your communication before and during our stay owing to our needs - it was the much needed rest we all hoped it would be and are going to return. Highly recommended.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa..it was immaculately clean and equipped to the highest standards. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and strip made.it a.perfect location. The beds were super comfortable and there were lots of sunbeds and a covered seating area around the.pool. One minor disappointment was that the pool is.not heated and.was too cold to use on some.of the days. All in all we had a superb week and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you very much to Dominique the host who went above and beyond with our requests.

Schönes Haus mit grossem Aussenbereich in guter Lage

Wir waren im Dezember/Januar dort. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, es ist gut ausgestattet, sieht von aussen grösser aus, als es von innen ist und es hat einen eingezäunten Garten mit Swimmingpool. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und fast uneinsehbar. Man ist ca. in 10 Minuten am Strand und in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuss bei den verschiedenen Supermärkten.
