Dishonesty of the managers

I stayed there with my family including my 80 year old parents. We paid an empuramos amount of money especially to have an apartment like that with an AC as it was the the hottest heat wave ever in England. The AC didn’t work at all, we couldn’t get in touch with the managers nor did the workers at the place. My parents had to book an hotel room and move there at midnight. The day after did had returned because it was said that the AC was fixed which it wasn’t. We all moved to another apartment at their building just to find dirty bed sheets. We would have left if not had beef through all the mass until than. Now the owner doesn’t admit it’s his responsibility and would t refund us anything!

Dear Yariv, Many thanks for taking the time to address your comments to us, as well as to review your stay on VRBO. We've carried out a thorough investigation of the sequence of events around all the issues you reported. We accept and agree that the A/C in your flat was reported as faulty in the evening you checked in, and that the 24-hour concierge desk provided you with a high quality portable A/C unit as an alternative. You were not satisfied with this, as a consequence you were moved in to another 2bed flat the day after (same floor and category) which did have a fully functioning A/C - where you remained for the remainder of your stay at no added cost. Further to the above, we've checked building surveillance, maintenance check-lists, and staff reports. We could not find any substantial evidence that your parents left to sleep in a hotel, nor that the bed linen were dirty. We work very hard to create a price competitive accommodation experience, in one of the most expensive post codes in central London. We're sorry you feel your experience wasn't perfect, nor our resolve. We'd love to offer you a 10% discount for your next reservation at 37GS Residences.
