Look Out Ancient Athens From A Unique Spot

This studio, with that breathtaking view is located a breath away from Acropolis, a 3 minutes walk from the Acropolis Metro station in the center of Athens and can host up to 4 people.



The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Athenian building. It has one bedroom and in the living-room, there is a sofa with a pull out bed that can host two more guests. A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine are few of the amenities offered. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropoli s the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood close to shops, cafes and within walking distance to the Acropolis. And the view! My kids literally had the Acropolis as their nightlight. The view is unbelievable. The terrace is a lovely place for a meal and the apartment was quiet and comfortable. We had a slight problem with the code to unlock the door but it was rectified immediately. The property has a driver, Vasilissis who is very helpful and pleasant. We loved this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location!

George was a great host and the property was perfect. You can't beat the view from the rooftop terrace and the property is half a block from the Acropolis grounds. Shops, restaurants and mini markets were close by and the staff was incredibly friendly. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic with beautiful & unobstructed views of the Parthenon. Transportation was easy and we were in walking distance from all the Acropolis area offers for food, shops, and wandering. Owners were great and responsive to our requests, while checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for our first trip to Europe and it was amazing! The view is amazing! The people and staff with the company were great and so welcoming. I cannot recommend this enough!

Apartment Acropolis View

The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon from the terrace and living room was awesome. George, the host, was excellent in his communications with us and arranged driver from and to the airport. Nearby restaurants were very good especially Zonars Dynosius.

Great location

The highlight of this property is the location. Easy walk to any of the main attractions within 20 minutes but away from the more crowded areas of the city. The view of the Parthenon at night is amazing. Some minor issues with a few ants in the kitchen and mold at the bottom of the shower curtain.

Thanks for the review Sara, I will check out what you mean with the shower. Regarding the ants, it’s important to note that if any kind of food is left outside the fridge, ants can appear quickly. We recommend keeping all food stored properly to avoid this issue.

Just book it

If you want to stay where you can practically reach out and touch the Acropolis, this is your place! Super clean apartment near everything. George and his team are very helpful and prompt, and he takes care of things right away. He will also assist with your airport transfer and arranging any tours you might want to do while you’re here. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Best View!

Great location enjoyed our stay. I think because its the top floor and gets lots of sun building gets hot, another mini split air conditioner in the family room would be ideal. Fans were included did not help much. Everything else was great...old school greek vibe apartment our favorite! Thank you!

Amazing View and Location

We had the most amazing time in Athens! We loved the location and the apartment was so clean. The only thing we would recommend is another air conditioning unit for the apartment. It was very hot and the one unit did not cool the apartment down enough. Other than that we would definitely recommend this property and stay there again! Thank you so much!

WOW - the view!

Don't be alarmed by the lack of reviews. This place was AMAZING. The apartment was on the top floor with a LARGE patio. The view of the Parthenon (especially at night) was unbeatable. The small cafe across the street is convenient for a quick bite or glass of wine. We did not eat at the restaurant (Strofi) next door, so we can't comment on it. It is a very short walk to access the Acropolis, the museum and shops/restaurants. The property manager, George, was incredibly friendly. (They also own the apartment that is immediately below this one) One thing to keep in mind - if you need to call an Uber, the app would not allow us to select the address or even the restaurant next door. It automatically selected the steps to the Acropolis and wouldn't let us change it. Plan ahead if you are in a hurry to get somewhere.

Phenomenal views & centrally located

Our family of four stayed at the apartment on the top floor. We saw phenomenal views of the Parthenon from the apartment! We got great views morning, midday, and lit up at night. This apartment is centrally located to the ruins you came to Athens to see! The museum is close by as well great restaurants and souvenir shopping and so much more! The apartment was clean, had air conditioning, and a beautiful rooftop patio to take in the views! People stay out late so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There was a pullout couch bed that sleeps 2 and a double bed as well. I loved that it had a refrigerator and freezer with ice cube trays! It can be hard to get ice in Europe in some places and we were able to make some and freeze some water bottles also to take with us during the day. The apartment has a small kitchenette and washer & dryer also which was useful to us. You just let the laundry dry on the racks by solar power. Be prepared to climb a good amount of stairs to get to the apartment. There is a lift for some bags but you have to climb stairs to get to the lift and then more stairs after the lift as the apartment is at the top while the lift does not go from ground floor to top floor. There is a fabulous bakery to purchase pastries and baked goodies a few blocks away. Go visit Takis Bakery! We would stay again.

Good part. Could not ask for a better view. Literally spectacular view of the Acropolis. Bed and couch comfy. Nice balcony shaded in the early evening. I still give it 5 stars only because the view is truly one of the best in the city and for the price, cant beat it. Bad part. Apartment was hot. The AC can not keep up with the temperatures, i know Americans tend to keep it cooler but even into the evenings I dont believe it ever cooled under 80 degrees- and we were lucky- never got over 90- I cannot imagine during the heat wave. Also there is an open sewer line with a bath tub drain plug covering it that really stunk. When i moved the plug bugs flied around and the smell made me gag.. lesson learned.. still occasion waves of odor but keep the plug covering it! There is some unsightly semi construction and exposed rusted parts that could easily be blocked with plants or lattice on the side of the balcony. We thought there was an elevator and there is however there is a flight at the entrance to get to the elevator and a flight from the 2nd to 3rd floor. Lastly only 2 pillows, well atleast with pillow cases. They did bring us an extra fan on the 2nd day so did make an effort. Good people to deal with
