A lovely apartment with loads of space & light, the aspect is East, catching the morning sun. On the ground floor with a private entrance and a dedicated parking space within a private carpark.
The main room has a king sized bed, comfortable sofa, a 42" satellite TV and a dining table for 2. There is high speed unlimited internet access throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.
Off this there is a separate bathroom with a large walk in shower, with complimentary mini toiletries.
Make use of a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, and a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk.
