This stylish and modern loft style apartment is located close to the City Centre, and a walking distance from Edinburgh's most famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Arthur's seat and Holyrood Palace.
The homely touch to the property makes it the perfect place to stay for families and a group of friends!
The space
The stunning property is located in a historical Georgian building, in a chic area of Edinburgh and close to many local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Recently renovated to create a modern double height, open plan kitchen area with characterful exposed internal stone wall and a mezzanine snug.
The property is modern and bright and it boasts a large living room with a workspace area, one spacious bedroom, one bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area.
Living room:
The flat-screen Smart TV has Freeview and online apps.
There is also a dining area, that can be used as a workspace.
Kitchen area:
The large open plan kitchen has all cookware, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils needed during your stay, including an oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer.
There is a cosy dining area with stools.
Bedroom:
The property is ideal for 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms (1xKing, 2x small doubles) all fitted with quality mattress and storage for your personal belongings!
Each bed is fitted with high hotel quality white bed linen along with a hand & bath towel for each guest.
The bathroom is modern and well decorated with a shower over bath, sink and WC.
Parking: Free site parking - Our neighbours have just installed a new barrier at the entrance of our car park so we will need to relay the code to guests. The code is 0109

if any other vehicles there is street parking most likely paid on street parking
The nearest transport links are:
Buses: Many bus services 3 minute walk from property taking you right into centre of Edinburgh and beyond, Also plenty of bus stops 5 minutes walk at Fountain park. Also further information on lothian buses website.
Trains: Edinburgh Haymarket Station is a 15 minute walk.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* A £100 will be applied for late checkout.
* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
