Situated just round the corner from the official residence of King Charles III and metres form the Royal Mile. You will be right in the centre of Edinburgh but with secure parking and close-proximity to Waverley Station. Two on-suite bathrooms to the bedrooms and a separate bathroom for anyone using the sofabed in the living room.

Secure underground parking accessed via the lift from the apartment.
Waverley Station only 5 minutes walk to the apartment.
Tram from Edinburgh Airport stops 10 minutes from the apartment.

Perfect place to stay!

The property was absolutely perfect for our 8 night stay. Convenient to everything that Edinburgh has to offer. Alastair was a great host and very helpful. Would recommend this flat to anyone staying in Edinburgh on holiday.

Family vacation

This flat was perfect for a family vacation focused on touring the city. Located in easy walking distance to the Royal Mile and close enough to the train station to walk with roller bags, we couldn’t have asked for better. The hosts are also very responsive.

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location. However, we were not advised that the road accessing the flat from the Royal Mile was closed. As I informed the host, I am elderly and have mobility issues, the road closure caused numerous problems with my use of Uber which I needed to explore the city.
