Our relaxing bungalow/apartment, complete with free indoor and outdoor parking, is situated within a tranquil gated community in a sought after area of Los Balcones that offers stunning views of the majestic pink Salt Lakes. The real experience is even more spectacular than the photographs suggest. Although situated in a serene location, it is very central to all the region's primary attractions. Everything from sailing, scuba diving, an array of breathtaking beaches and shopping malls are all within 5-7mins of driving. If golfing interests you, there are many golf clubs within 10-minute drive from the property.
The complex have a beautiful pool area with outdoor shower and cabana beds perfect for relaxing the entire day.
In terms of indoor amenities, the property is equipped with WiFi and a TV offering an extensive array of streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and comes complete with a coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. For those needing to work, a printer is available. Additionally, we have provided a washer and dryer for your convenience, so you can afford to pack a little lighter! Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, air conditioning, and central heating. All you have to do is bring your bags; the rest is available at the property.
