We were very comfortable in this modern flat. Its convenient location is close to the Overground and the Tube, as well as the shopping on Finchley Road and the lovely West End Lane. We would definitely stay here again!

Good value for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Host Chuma was friendly and helpful. Excellent bars and restaurants one stop west on overground at West Hempstead.
Prop building had some water turn off issues (affected entire building.) Host Chuma did a great job with communication & trying to make our stay comfortable even with water issues
(bringing portable heaters & blankets). Neighborhood was very conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again because host was so excellent!
The property manager was wonderful. He answered all of our questions promptly and even met us at an underground station to return something my daughter had accidentally left in the apartment. The apartment itself is great--the bedrooms are sizable and the bathrooms are very large. The property is on quite a busy street. If you are up for a walk, you can walk up the hill to Hampstead for a quieter neighborhood with nice stores and restaurants. There is a nearby grocery store and an underground station.

Fantastic flat - five stops to the heart of London!
I traveled with my husband and 8 and 11 year old boys, so we needed space and require a refrigerator. The compromise is being outside of London proper (on a budget).
Chuma's photos of the flat do not do it justice. It is roomy, light and airy and has EVERYTHING you need. I absolutely loved that each sink had hand soap, there was shampoo and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent - I didn't have to buy anything for just three nights. HUGE help.
One of my other things with European flats are the bathrooms... they're generally old. Chuma has TWO new bathrooms. It was amazing to come back to the apt after a long day out and take a good shower.
Beds were firm and comfortable, laundry machine was very handy, wifi was perfect, the balcony was an added bonus.
Chuma is quick to respond and check in/check out instructions were super easy and straight forward.
At 9am, it was an hour and 10 mins from LHR. At 5am, it was about 35 mins.
From the flat, you walk 5-10 mins to the Finchley Station to catch the Jubilee line and that will connect you to basically anywhere in London. It's about five stops straight to Westminster (Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey).
I would 100% stay here again! Thank you, Chuma!

Okay location and nice size, but has some maintenance issues
Pros:
- Decent sized apartment in a relatively new building
- Close to major attraction: 5-6 tube stops from Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey
- Close to a large Sainsbury's store
- Okay neighborhood but not the most upscale
Cons:
- Washer too dirty and moldy (I tried to wipe off the mold and even ran an empty cycle to clean inside, but there still was too much gunk. I chose this property specifically because it had washer, so not being able to use it was a major disappointment.)
- Dishwasher too dirty
- The plates, glasses, and silverware had some stains
- One of the bathroom sinks had a visible crack and leaked water
- The other bathroom's rain shower head was broken, the temperature adjusting dial fell off, and the shower door was not properly sealed causing flooding unless you hold the shower at an opposite direction
- Bed sideboard frame had some cracks, a potential safety hazard
- A few of the vertical blind slats were missing.
The building itself is nice and new, but the unit has not been well maintained. Overall, I would expect more for the price I paid,

This guest made a few requests before arrival which i obliged even though they werent listed on listing. She highlighted the issue around the shower spray pattern and a tiny dent on the sink bow. Just before this guest i had guests who stayed for 10 days who genuinely used the washer and dishwater and made no complaint. None of the issues below was higlighted were never mentioned during the guests stay and to think the flat was left in a terrible state and gave this review.
NB - The 5 star review given to this guest was done in error it was for the guests before but VRBO brought it up differently so it got mixed up.
We booked this property based on convenient location to the heart of London, as well as an affordable price for our budget. A few things that were shared in a prior review (after we booked this location) were true in our stay as well. These items included a major crack in one of the bed frames, as well as a cracked bathroom sink/leak and unusable dryer portion of the washer/dryer combo. There was a large crack in one of the bathroom sinks that, when used, caused a major leak on the floor. I shared this information with the owner who seemed surprised about the leak/crack as they were only told that the sink drained slow by their cleaning crew (I found that hard to believe given a previous review where this was mentioned and replied to). Per the owner's request, we shared photos of the crack and the owner stated they would reach out to a plumber to come check it out. Not sure if a plumber wasn't available or was even called, but we didn't see a plumber at all during our 10-day stay. The washer/dryer combo had an unworkable dryer portion. Even after finding the appliance manual and messaging the owner about it (who shared the same manual directions via messenger), the dryer didn't work. We ended up washing small loads of laundry and used the drying rack as an alternative to the dryer. Again, not sure if the dryer is in nonworking order, but the amenities section of this VRBO should be updated to share that only a washer is available for use. Decent stay but that's it.
Man kann zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Station Finchley Road laufen. Auf dem Weg liegt ein Aldi und ein weiterer Supermarkt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, liegt an einer größeren Straße, was aber nicht störend war. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr praktisch. Platz genug für 4 Personen. Betten sind gut. Wir haben in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt. Die Töpfe, Pfannen und Messer sollten durch neue ersetzt werden. Das Geschirr war nicht gut sauber. In einem Bad lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nur sehr langsam ab. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.
We were looking for accommodations with distinct and separate bedrooms and were so pleased to find this posting. The flat is newer construction, so everything was convenient and easy to use. The underground is close by and merely a few stops away from the center of town. There is also a GREAT local pizza restaurant on the street with a super friendly staff! I highly recommend this posting.
We loved our stay here! The apartment is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. My 2 year old daughter was also relaxed here. Worth every penny
