Architect designed bright & airy 2 double bedroom first floor flat with 3.5m high ceilings in leafy prime London locations zone 2 (4 stops on the Jubilee line to Bond St/oxford circus London's West End). South Hampstead conservation area is where the celebs live! Brand new, furnished to the highest standard with designer furniture throughout: including a designer Alno/Mielé glass kitchen & new marble bathroom. 4 mins walk to Finchley Rd Jubilee line/ Metropolitan line.

Beautifully designed whole apartment with private entrance, 1 x kingsize bed 1 x double bed with fresh white Egyptian cotton bed linen 1 x marble bathroom with shower & bath & fresh fluffy white towels. High speed fibre optic internet. Aircon in the main bedroom only (not usually needed in London).

Situated on a quiet residential tree lined avenue super close to the centre 10 mins (Bond St/Oxford Circus). 5 mins to Regents park/Hampstead Heath.

we had a wonderful stay in this apartment. close to the underground station (just a few stop to the cuty centre on the jubilee line. nice residential area, a good nights rest guaranteed: quiet at night and nice firm mattressthanks for having us!

Cute place, Nicely Appointed

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The flat was gorgeous, and the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice, too: on a fairly quiet street, but walkable to the tube and restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location & Simon is a wonderful communicator with the travelers visiting his flat. The neighbours were very friendly around the building & there’s a good amount of functional space inside the apartment, particularly the bedrooms, which can often be very cramped in Central London flats.

Fantastic place

Had a fantastic stay at Simon’s. The area is great - felt very quite and calm but on a good tube station to get into London very easily The apartment is modern, clean and really nicely decked out thanks Simon for a wonderful stay and all the local recommendations as well!

Great Experience!

The Cleve Road flat is fantastic. The location is near the Tube which allowed us access to all of London. Our host was very attentive and helpful.

Fantastic place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. We hit the jackpot finding this place. The host had great communication skills and was really helpful. I hope to stay here again!!

Christmas Lodging

Flat 8 was perfect for our 5 night stay at Christmas to be near the rest of the family in West Hampstead. Just the right size for the three of us and the baby. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in the area.

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful flat near everything

Clean, cheerful flat near restaurants, shops and the Tube. We enjoyed the sun filled living room and the Nespresso machine. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay!! Simon was a gracious host from the point of booking to check-out. He provided detailed information and communication to make us feel welcome and the entire process went smoothly. The apartment was well-appointed to meet all of our needs and it’s close proximity to the tube made access to the rest of the city super easy!

Terrific location!

To begin with Simon was a wonderful host. Met us at the property and toured the flat with us. wonderful location..close to Underground station .....only a five minute walk away.

Great host/ great location

Was our first trip to UK... place was clean, host was very accomidating, and location was excellent. Only drawback was uncomfortable beds. Couch was comfy. ;)

Lovely London flat

My friends and I visited London and found this place the perfect jumping off point for all the different things we wanted to do in London as the tube is 5 min away and the bus stops even closer! It’s super well located while also being in a quiet and safe are and the flat itself is lovely and clean!

First time in London

We had a wonder stay in Simons home. It was very clean, everything you need was available, the perfect location.Simon was always very helpful and messaged back very quickly A perfect place to stay, nice and quiet and close to west hampstead tube station Would definitely stay here again

This is my home for 10 happy years. It's a great flat in a fantastic location. The architecture in Hampstead conservation area is stunning. As an interior designer, the apartment is beautifully furnished with designer furniture and art pieces and has 3.5m hight ceilings and loads of light. You'll love it, super close to town (only 10 mins 4 tube stops to Bond St).
