This house has everything you need to spend an unforgettable summer in La Costa Brava!
The house is located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols surrounded by pine trees. Imagine arriving knowing that you do not have to worry about where to park the car, Just park in the parking the property offers just below the door and enjoy the summer!
With a cozy terrace where you can sunbathe, a private garden with barbecue where you can eat quietly, a communal pool for adults and children where you can soak when the sun is hot, you'll enjoy this house. At only 5-10 minutes walking to Sant Feliu beach to discover the endless coves that are hidden in its coasts.The house is distributed in two different floors, the upper floor is where the bedrooms are and downstairs the dining room, kitchen and two terraces. The outside area is where you will find one of the terraces with a covered area and a small private garden, there is also a door that communicates with the communal area where you will find the swimming pool, a small basketball hoop and a ping pong table.The house has three bedrooms, one with a large bed, one with two single beds and finally a trundle bed that changes into a large bed.
To get to the beach there is a fast pedestrian path which takes between five and ten minutes, however it is downhill and there is a long flight of stairs which you then have to climb.
All in all it is a perfect family location where you can relax and your only worry will be where to sunbathe after lunch!
