¡Encantadora casa de playa llena de sol que lo invita a visitar las playas vírgenes del Golfo de Sanibel Island! A solo 2 minutos a pie del Golfo en un camino privado. Deja tus preocupaciones atrás ya que nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada, sábanas, toallas, etc. incluidas. 2 dormitorios más un sofá cama nido en la sala de estar. Todo el acceso a la playa es gratuito. La cocina se ha actualizado con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos.
Alquiler de kayaks, motos de agua, bicicletas y ciclomotores disponibles. Los senderos para bicicletas en toda la isla facilitan la exploración de todos los tesoros escondidos en Sanibel, incluidos los manglares en la bahía, los parques, los santuarios de aves, nuestro faro, así como las excelentes tiendas boutique y restaurantes.

The apartment was decorated in a lovely beach motif and was perfectly clean. Nancy was very helpful with directions and even came to help us when i couldn't figure out how to turn on the A/C (I had the wrong remote). I recommend it highly.

While a little dated, the accommodations were clean and cheerful. Great and quiet location. Manager was great, screened porch was pleasant. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place just feets away from the beach

This unit was ideal, spacious, comfortable, and just a quick walk to the wonderful Sanibel beaches with a wonderful selection of shells for thepicking.

Long weekend away

Amazing location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Nice Beach chairs and towels provided. Comfortable beds. Soft sheets, fluffy towels. updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops. Updated bath. Nice hardwood floors throughout. Close to many restaurants. Owner was very attentive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Donax Beach Cottage Stay

We had a great time. Very nice to get away and the private beach was perfect place to unwind. Watching sunsets and relaxing was just the ticket we needed to recharge the batteries so to speak. Just a quick note that we were told we were staying in 301, stating it was the last lanai. This was incorrect. It was the second lanai of three lanai's in total. Also it was a bit confusing on how to open those fancy coded door locks but one of the tenet's showed us. It might be prudent to explain how those work on the message to the tenants before they arrive.

Sweet Retreat at Sandals & Flip Flops

We really enjoyed it. It was bigger than we thought. It was just 2 of us and our dog. Very comfortable inside and neat. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many of the restaurants. We will be returning

Nightmare!! Do not book this hell hole!

My wife and I left this property after just 17 hours because of the following serious issues: -Full Recycle bin right at entrance to unit! -Musty smelling stairs -Overwhelming disinfectant stench upon arrival and it lingered for hours -Visible mold spores on kitchen air vent - Visible mold spores on bathroom window frame -Red ants swarm on living room end table -Master bedroom rug is curled and liable for tripping -All living room, kitchen and bedroom windows blinds have been disabled so that they cannot be adjusted -Must bend over just to look out the living room, bedrooms windows! -Neighbor’s window in our unit’s lanai! No privacy! -No listing mention of this unit being the attic! -No listing mention of stepdown in each bedroom -Listing claims there is a bath tub. No bath tub just a shower with the shower head too tall for short people like my wife! -Stained ironing board -Holes, paint issues in living room and kitchen walls -Pillows stink! -Master bedroom bed is lumpy Owner accused us of making too much noise in the unit when we did not even check in yet! Had to ask owner for check-in procedure four times before we received an acceptable response! Overall, not only is this property unacceptable, but to pay $370.833 per night is an outrage. We reluctantly stayed the night of 8/14 because we had no where else to go. Left early the next morning- could not stand another night in this hell hole. Took pictures for proof. Would be happy to share them with any interested party.

Wedding stay

The property was adorable! I was a little hesitant when I saw was a triplex as we were having family in for a small wedding, but was such a cute little place and worked perfect. Private beach area at end of drive was perfect for the wedding. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

A wonderful weekend away!

We came to Sanibel with our 3 kids and dog, looking for a safe, relaxing time near the beach to avoid doing traditional Halloween during covid. We were thrilled with our stay in this comfortable, quaint, fully equipped home. We were also impressed by how quickly Nancy replied to questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful visit!!!
