The Playa La Nea apartment is a bright, modern, tastefully renovated holiday apartment with free underground parking and just a few steps from the beach.

The pretty open plan living room with direct access to the terrace invites you to settle in and enjoy the wide open views to the Atlantic Ocean.

A few steps away is the crescent-shaped black sand beach of Playa La Nea and in a few minutes walk you reach the Radazul marina, with its bars, restaurants, diving centers and water sports activities.

Enter the bright and elegant open plan living-dining room.

There is a solid oak dining table and six chairs with a pendant light for intimate dining.

The living room has sliding doors that open to the terrace with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean. There is a 4 seater sofa, art deco lamp, coffee tables and a Smart TV.

Kitchen

Solid wood countertops, breakfast bar with two stools, and all the kitchen utensils you could need to prepare your home-cooked meals.In the kitchen you will find:

The laundry room has a washing machine and cleaning supplies in case you need them during your stay.

Terrace

You can access the terrace from the kitchen, the living room or the master bedroom.

On the southeast facing terrace you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunrises on the island. You can also dine al fresco at the dining table or spend the afternoon in the comfortable seating.

There is an awning so you can enjoy time on the terrace protecting yourself from the sun if you wish.

You will want to spend a lot of time on the terrace with its beautiful views of the ocean and the sun (almost always) guaranteed.

If you prefer to lie on the beach, Playa La Nea, with its black sand, is only 30 meters away (you can even see it from the terrace). There you can also enjoy a cold drink in the beach bar that has solar energy.

Main bedroom

Silent, spacious and serene with sea views and access to the terrace.

You'll sleep soundly in the double bed (150cm x 200cm) with a firm mattress, 100% cotton bed linen and bedside tables with reading lights.

Exterior blinds block light from the sliding doors that open onto the terrace.

A dressing room with fitted wardrobes separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom. There is also a safe.

A modern shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Bedroom I

Twin beds (90cm x 200cm) with bedside tables, reading lights, and storage space. The beds can be pushed together for couples or separated.

Light-blocking blinds, firm mattresses and 100% cotton bedding for restful nights.

Bedroom II / Office

This bedroom is ideal for children or can be used as a comfortable home office.

Single bed (80cm x 200cm) with an additional pull-out children's bed, bedside table, floor lamp, dedicated workspace and fitted wardrobes.

Master bathroom

Shower head over the bath, toilet and sink with space to store your personal items.

The surroundings – Radazul

Radazul is the ideal place to practice water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, SUP boarding, jet skis and much more.You can also swim in open water 365 days a year at Radazul!

In the quiet Playa La Nea (30m) there is a very nice beach bar where you can enjoy a cold craft beer, a mojito or a light snack. We recommend taking a spot on the far left of the beach, where the sand is finer, the sea is calmer, and the sun shines longer in the afternoon.

From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizzas) and several seasonal bars and restaurants.

Past the marina is Radazul beach, where there are two small black sand beaches protected by a breakwater and a large swimming area open to the ocean. Next to the beach there is a children's playground, gardens, a solarium and a mini supermarket.

Right in front of the apartment is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of space to stretch your legs. There is also a playground.

The center of the village has a small shopping center with a SuperDino supermarket and several cafes and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisan bread and cakes.

A short drive away (8 minutes) there are Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarkets and a large shopping center with international brands.

Radazul is ideally located to explore the whole island.
