A spacious self-contained Studio Apartment located on the Top Floor of a 3 floor period building (but no elevator).

The property sits right at the centre of London’s famous West End. Being only 800m from the famous Centre Point. Which makes this large Studio Apartment an absolutely perfect base - from which you can explore many of London’s famous attractions.

The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament. Or Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Camden, Soho, Marylebone, & London’s Theatre District. Plus much, much, more…!) all lie within a comfortable walking distance of the property.

Moreover you will also benefit from a choice of two Underground Stations (Goodge Street & Tottenham Court Road) within 2/3 mins & 6/7 mins walk respectively. There are also a number of alternative bus routes nearby. While Mainline Stations (Kings Cross International/ St Pancras) are also 15 mins walking distance. Or approx £10-12 door to door - in one of London’s world famous Black Taxi’s!

Inside the apartment you will discover a selection of complimentary toiletries in your bathroom. Along with soft sumptuous towels and bath robes. While your awesome digital shower lets you to pre-select the perfect temperature. Even before you step in.

Walk across to your full-size fridge & you will find it pre-stocked with milk, fresh juice, & complimentary VOSS bottled water.

Finally indulge yourself amid the freshly laundered high thread-count linen that dress your double bed. Additional freshly laundered bedding, clean towels, & robes can be requested as standard throughout the duration of your stay.

Meanwhile a full size kitchen, along with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans is waiting for your use.

Teas, coffee & sugar (+capsules for the pod coffee machine!). Plus the numerous spices, oils & condiments left by former Guests are all free for you to make use of.

Perfect location with easy access from Heathrow and right in the heart of the city. I was able to get around easily and walk to most attractions and activities. The apartment was comfortable and exactly as described.

Lovely unit. Clean, chic and comfortable. It is on a busy street and the entrance door is between a mini mart and electronics store. We were wary going in as the street is not so nice and the entrance and stairs are messy and littered with supplies and boxes. BUT as you climb the stairs to the unit, it gets better. The unit itself is very nice. While the street it's on seems iffy, walk one short block on either side and the neighborhoods are lovely and full of shops, restaurants, green space and the British Museum. Easy to get to the underground. Lots of stairs so not good if you have many (or heavy) bags or have problems walking stairs.

Fitzrovia gem

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything. Walk to theatre and museums. Groceries are just downstairs. Quick trip from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line. We loved our stay!

Fantastic place!

In addition to being adorable, this place offers easy access to all the main attractions in London. Scott and Mariya are lovely and easy to work with. There was fresh fruit, bottled water, milk and orange juice waiting for us when we arrived ♥️ We would definitely stay here again.

Best location!

We loved our week in this flat! Excellent communication by host. Everything was just as described online. Most comfortable bed we have had anywhere. Walking distance to all the West End sites and shopping. Close to Googe St and Tottenham Court tube stations. Grocery store downstairs. Gail's Bakery just around the corner was a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a great location

Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants/pubs and several Underground stations. Scott was a responsive and delightful host. He provided us very detailed instructions on how to use the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow to get to the property quickly and cost effectively. It was nice touch to have a bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice, bottled water and fresh flowers waiting for us. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to London.

The property was located very conveniently to tube stations, restaurants and shopping. It was up some stairs but nothing too hard to navigate. Scott was a great communicator. The property had everything you could need! I would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable apartment

This property had great amenities and very comfortable home base for London. It is on a busy street but there was never to much noise besides trash pick up. We enjoyed having 2 tube locations within walking distance. The host were both very responsive and helpful.

Highly recommended

The chamber is of decent size and attractive with an extensive and well equipped kitchen. The location could hardly be better: 3 blocks from the British Museum, walking distance to many of the Wet End theaters, and 1 block from the Tottenham Court metro from which you can take the Elizabeth Line express rail service to Heathrow airport and the underground service to anywhere. The owners have their business office in the same buildig and are wonderfully responsive to any need reneed

A Wonderful Week in London

Scott and Mariya were wonderful to work with! They responded to all questions and were extremely helpful in helping us get from the airport and when we reached out. The property location was perfect and the property was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect central location for us to explore London. A few observations: As mentioned previosly, Saturday night was noisy but once the pubs closed it quieted down adn other nights were very peaceful. The locking system to the property was cumbersome everytime we went in and out, there are simple ways to correct this. The stairs and hall entrance up to the property could be neater. It was not very welcoming to see all the clutter. The internet/tv was freezing regularly during regular viewing and we were unable to connect to our streaming services. The shower was a bit wonky and definitely had us keeping our showers brief. These are merely our observations, we enjoyed working with Scott and Mariya immensly and we had a wonderful week! Irene

Spacious, cool apartment w/lovely owners

We enjoyed this apartment very much! Centrally located and near two Underground stations, we had no problem getting to the apartment and directions from Scott and Mariya were clear and easy to follow. I communicated mostly with Mariya and she met us to check us in and go over the basics on controlling the heat, using the appliances, security w/the front door, etc. There are stairs to navigate and the stairwell is somewhat narrow, so just keep that in mind if mobility (or overpacking) is an issue! There is no lift in the building. The apartment is very modern and well kept with nice bonuses provided like bottled water, milk, juice, tea/coffee and some basic spices and oil. I only used the kettle, and some dishware, but there is enough kitchenware to cook with if you wish to! Tesco Express and Marks & Spencer are very close by too. The shower took a little getting used to as it's an open bathroom; no shower door or tub, so the water will gradually flow out of the stall and needs to be squee-geed into the drain to clear and dry the floor when you're finished showering. Plenty of towels, pillows and linens were supplied. The mattress is a bit soft at the center but we had no problem sleeping on it! Many shops, pubs and restaurants in the area. Mariya and Scott were very friendly, accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to book here again for another visit to London!

This location was EVERYTHING.

We walked to all but one destination on our trip; it was amazing to be so centrally located.Out stay was WONDERFUL. We had everything we needed and a Mark & Spencer’s just downstairs to grab any grocery items we might need. What you might read about the bed is true - SO COZY. We slept through our alarm twice.Scott was also a fantastic email tour guide. This was our first trip to London and he gave us so many valuable transportation tips and locality background; we felt comfortable from the moment we hopped on the train at Heathrow I would absolutely stay here again.

Scott and Mariya were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and provided helpful information. The accommodation was accurate with the photos. Space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials. Accommodation is located on the top floor so there are stairs to climb with your luggage. Great location to walk or take public transit to explore the city. Lots of shops around for food or groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
