Dream Come True!!

Nothing like leaving the Arizona heat behind and discovering a heavenly cool spot on the shores of Door County, Wisconsin! These coastal cabins are exactly like the pictures on the VRBO website. Besides the beautiful water view, the host, Andre, made our 12 day visit even better. He lives on site so he makes sure that his guests have everything they need . He is a very friendly, polite and helpful gentleman. If you are looking for a " cabin in the woods" experience with a beautiful lake view, chairs on the shoreline, a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, the fun of being in Door County and lots of peace and quiet then I highly recommend this VRBO. Nice cottage, good size for our family, shared lawn with the other cottages but plenty of outdoor space to play, relax and watch the beautiful sunset. No AC but comfortable for us.

Nice little get away

My first time up in Wisconsin and I’ve enjoyed it. This was our first stay of our trip. When we arrived the host was there to greet us and show us around. He then made sure we had everything we needed. There was a nice yard for my daughter to play. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

Amazing time and amazing place

Had a wonderful three nights at the cabin. Andre was so nice and treated so well the entire trip. Helped us with whatever we needed and even gave us gifts for our anniversary. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great waterfront cabin for Door County getaway

This was the perfect cabin for my husband and myself. Waterfront property with comfortable seating and a neat dock to look out over the water. Great for sunsets. The cabin was well stocked and clean on a beautiful property with trees on both sides. We appreciated a quiet, calm environment for a relaxing vacation. We’ll be back in the future!

Favorite get-away for Door County

We have stayed at the cabins several times and feel quite at home. Love the cabin uniqueness, layout and charm. The cabins are diligently maintained and the lawn area is a delight. Close enought to Door County to visit but far enough away to avoid the heavy crowds and congestion.

As advised cottage

First time traveling to Sturgeon Bay. Found this cottage after google search and could not be more impressed. The host (Andre') and the cottage made us feel home, away from home. I will definitely be going back soon. Do not snooze on this destination when searching for a cottage on the lake. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Hidden gem

If you are looking for a vintage cabin experience this is the place for you! Located on the waterfront, it offers beautiful views of the Bay along with amazing sunsets. The cabins are clean and cozy. Andre is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable about local activities. There are lots of games and chairs to relax at the water. If you are looking for a great experience and excellent launching point to Door County activities, this is the place to book!

A rainy weekend in Sturgeon Bay

The host is first rate. The cabins are vintage WI and scenery is gorgeous. Easy access north to see rest of Peninsula. Given the small bedrooms would suggest best accommodates 2 adults. Kitchen was great for breakfast and host had great recommendations for local dinner places.

Door county golf trip

My friends and I stayed here for a golf trip on the peninsula. The management went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We will for sure be coming back

Peaceful and relaxing

Wonderful place to stay and get away. Not far from other places to visit while in Door County. Kids enjoyed the views and things to do while at the cabin. Very helpful owners also when in a bind with a flat tire! Would recommend to stay.

Love the waterfront. Beautiful sunset over water. Felt safe and quiet. Great location. Easy parking right at cottage. Nice warm cottage with everything you need. Rustic feel that we wanted. Loved the welcome gift. Thank you Andrie. We had a great time. Improvements needed with 5th sleeper. Fine for children not for adults.

Ann owner/host and her late husband, Jack, truly live(d) the Cherry Life in Door County. As long-time residents creating food, art, and vacations - together they co-owned Perry’s Cherry Diner for almost 40 years. Ann and her son, Andre' run the family resort. Ann and Jack bought the resort together, now going on 50 years. Her late husband and former art teacher also created art in Door County for over 50 years as well. Many of his originals are now decor through the cottage. Ann now has two helpers as well, her two granddaughters visit often and act as hostess while interacting with many of the guests.

We're family run and we truly care about our guests. Comfort and relaxation is what our guests have enjoyed for many years. We have been providing vacations on this property since 1968. Now with my son, Andre' living on premise, we'll be offering a special spot to getaway to for years to come. Andre' is the host and operations manager.
