Situato davanti alle piste e alla zona commerciale (negozi di abbigliamento sportivo, noleggio sci, bar, ecc...), l'appartamento è ben attrezzato e funzionale. Qualche informazioni in più all'utenza sull'organizzazione e funzionamento dell'appartamento, considerato che il check-in viene effettuato online e non vi è contatto diretto con il personale (che ad ogni modo è sempre disponibile tramite telefono o whatsapp)
