This beautiful flat is located right on the beach, has a lovely communal pool with sun loungers and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace.
You can walk to the centre of L'Estartit in 10 minutes via the promenade.
For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket down the street.
The appartment is on the 4th floor and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, the living room is divided into a sitting area with sofa bed and sliding doors to the terrace and the dining room with open kitchen, sliding doors to the terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Via the spiral staircase you reach the first floor with 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is air conditioning in the living room, dining room and on the first floor.
