Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed back garden with courtyard, patio and sitting-out area. Enclosed front garden. 1 small pet welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Squires Cottage is a lovely, detached holiday bungalow set in a quiet residential area, perfectly located near the sandy beaches of Corton, Gorleston-on-Sea, and Lowestoft. Inside, youâll find a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a large, well-equipped family kitchen featuring an American-style fridge/freezer, double electric oven, and dining table for six. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with their own TVs, a modern shower room, and a handy utility room with a washing machine and microwave. French doors open from the kitchen onto an enclosed rear patio, ideal for outdoor dining, while the generous front garden offers additional space to relax.
Lowestoft, nestled on the Suffolk coast, is a vibrant seaside town offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and coastal adventure. Just a short drive away, Gorleston-on-Sea boasts a stunning, wide sandy beach that was voted the best beach in the UK and 12th best in the world by TripAdvisorâs 2023 Travellersâ Choice, Best of the Best awards! Ideal for sunbathing, paddling, or simply soaking up the views.
Closer to home, Lowestoft itself offers a lovely beach promenade, a working harbour, and attractions like the East Anglia Transport Museum. Nature lovers and walkers will enjoy peaceful strolls through Gunton Woods or along the nearby beaches, with plenty of fresh sea air and scenic views, though dog walkers should check for seasonal restrictions.
