At the rear of the property there is a tranquil garden, boasting fantastic far-reaching views, plenty of outdoor seating, hammock and a charcoal barbecue, creating the perfect spot for brunch in the sunshine.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 and under)

There is a Saniflow toilet on the ground floor, however, these systems are weak and are prone to malfunction if misused (only suitable for light use and toilet paper)
As there is no ground floor bathroom, the property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to a lack of facilities on the ground floor
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
