There is a bathroom suite with free-standing shower and an additional W/C. ANPR: we are operating a new vehicle registration recognition barrier to gain access to the resort, and it is important that we have your car registration details on your reservation so that your entrance to the resort is not delayed. Please call a member of our Reservations Team who can add this information to your booking.

BOOKING/PARTY TYPES: If your booking means that you do not fall into the family/couple party type, please call us to make your booking. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept single sex party groups.

If you are booking a 2-night break on a Friday, you are able to check out at 6pm on Sunday.

7-night breaks are only available on a Friday.

PETS: Maximum number of pets allowed in accommodation is 2. There is a restriction on some dog breeds, if you are bringing a pet then please call to check. It is imperative that we know the breed of your dog which is why we require you to call us.

FACILITIES: The use of the gym is chargeable at £5 per day or £18 per week. Please be aware of the age parameters for the passes onsite; Adult (18+), Young Adult (12-17), Child (11 and under)

If you are booking a 2 night break on a Friday you are able to check out at 6pm on the Sunday



If you are booking a 2 night break on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday check out is the usual time of 10am.

Please be aware the park does not allow 7 night breaks from a Monday.
