We had a very friendly stay (4 adults 2 children) in this very welcoming house. Excellent communications with Sam, the owner.
The house is very well equipped, clean, in a quiet area where you feel at home. Special mention for the beautiful garden and the terrace behind. A plus also for the private parking closed in front.
Level public transport the house is well connected, 20min tram + 15min train to arrive in central London.
