On the main floor, the villa welcomes you with a living and dining room featuring a dining table and digital television with international channels, along with direct access to the patio. The first double bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length and opens onto the terrace. The second double bedroom is similarly configured with 1 french bed of 150 cm by 190 cm. The third double bedroom offers a larger french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and includes a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. A separate dining room with a winter garden adds further elegance to this level, complemented by an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also provides an additional shower and WC, as well as a further exit to the terrace.
