La encantadora Villa la Sort Gran está situada en la exclusiva zona de la Font, un entorno tranquilo y encantador a los pies de la Serra de Tramuntana. La propiedad está rodeada por una parcela de 15.000 m2. Las hermosas playas de Cala Sant Viçens están a sólo cuatro minutos en coche, al igual que Pollença (2 km) y el puerto de Pollença (3 km). Aquí encontrará una selección de tiendas, supermercados como Lidl y Eroski, así como numerosos restaurantes para una experiencia culinaria.



La propiedad vacacional le ofrece un impresionante paisaje natural y numerosas terrazas cubiertas y descubiertas. La piscina de 10x 5 m2 permite refrescarse en los calurosos días de verano. También hay cómodas tumbonas, sombrillas y una ducha exterior con aseo. Junto a la piscina hay una gran barbacoa con una acogedora zona de comedor para reuniones familiares.

Esta típica casa mallorquina de piedra se distribuye en dos plantas.

En la primera planta hay un acogedor salón-comedor con chimenea. También hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un aseo y un garaje donde también encontrará un lavadero. Desde el salón se accede a una terraza cubierta, amueblada con un sofá y sillones y una gran mesa y sillas.

En la planta superior hay cuatro dormitorios tranquilos, el matrimonial en suite, un cuarto de baño con bañera y un cuarto de baño con ducha. Las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado.

Pase horas románticas en armonía con la naturaleza, tome el sol y disfrute de sus vacaciones en la hermosa isla de Mallorca.

La cercana ciudad de Pollensa es uno de los pueblos históricos más bellos de la isla. Tiene un aire mediterráneo, numerosos monumentos históricos en un entorno encantador.

Ubicación

La villa de vacaciones está situada en una zona tranquila, a sólo 2 minutos en coche del pueblo de Pollensa. Las conocidas playas de Cala San Vicente a 5 km. El principal atractivo de Cala Sant Vicente es disfrutar de la tranquilidad y visitar las diferentes playas como Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Molin. Las aguas cristalinas y las formaciones rocosas hacen de Cala Sant Vicente un lugar ideal para la práctica del submarinismo.

En el casco antiguo de Pollença encontrará numerosas tiendas y una gran variedad de restaurantes. También hay un gran mercado de frutas y verduras todos los domingos.

Los puntos de referencia del casco antiguo son los 365 escalones y el Calvario, en cuya cima se encuentra la pequeña capilla barroca del siglo XVIII. Cada escalón simboliza un día del año.

En el ambiente histórico de Pollença se celebran numerosos actos culturales y festivales de música.



El Puerto de Pollença está situado al norte de Mallorca y a unos 6 km del casco antiguo. La bahía ofrece kilómetros de playas de arena fina, algunas de las cuales están protegidas del viento por la península de Formentor. A diferencia de otros centros turísticos de Mallorca, la costa no está totalmente urbanizada con castillos hoteleros de varias plantas. Aquí encontrará largas playas de arena bordeadas de pinos y palmeras, una amplia selección de cafés y restaurantes y algunos hoteles excelentes.

Perfect house- spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely pool, great facilities, beautiful garden and surrounding mountains, great location in Mallorca - so appreciated having pool towels as well as bath towels. We now refer to this place as &quotOur Family's' Spanish Villa". We love it.

The whole villa was fantastic. We loved the pool and seating areas outside on the side of the house, and near the outdoor kitchen and by the pool. The bathrooms were big (there are 3 inside and 1 by the pool!) and the dining and living room were comfortable. It was very private and the grounds were lovely. It's very close to groceries and old town, and is perfect for a relaxing downtime vacation, with options to hike and explore and shop nearby! Very minor complaints - Could have used some actual sharp knives in the kitchen, the outdoor BBQ cooking surface looks big but the cooking area is quite small (thought it was like a BBQ Grill, it's more like an element). The place is great, no real complaints.

Lovely stay

We like it quiet and this was perfect, yes you need a car but of an evening we could enjoy the wildlife and quiet, beautiful. Great garden, clean house with lots of room. The pool was a little chilly in September so we had to throw ourselves in! But it was bearable in the afternoon. All the amenities you could need (eg beer fridge in garage and another next to the bbq). Great house we had a lovely holiday.

We had a lovely stay in this villa.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It was very peaceful. The grounds were well kept and the pool area was lovely. There was a large table outside where we ate our meals as well as a comfortable seating area outside which we used in the evenings. There was plenty of shade too. Pollenca is very pretty and is about a 30minute walk - a bit hot during the day although some of our party walked there in the evenings. There is plenty of parking in Pollenca so a quick trip in the car is well worth it for coffee, drinks and ice cream as well as to look at the sites. This part of Mallorca is very beautiful and we hope to come back soon

A beautiful house in a beautiful location.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 8 days in August 2016. There were 5 adults and 3 children and this villa suited us perfectly. Immaculately clean inside and out with absolutely everything provided, lots of towels, hairdryer, iron, CD player, sunbeds, table tennis table etc, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The villa is in a peaceful countryside location offering total privacy and stunning mountain views. A car is not essential but definitely recommended. The town of Pollenca with numerous bars and restaurants is around a 20 minute walk and the port and beaches are within a 10 minute drive. First class customer service and communication provided throughout the booking process and holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to book this villa in the future, 5 star, highly recommended.

Property in need of updating

Overall we had a comfortable stay. Pool, garden, bbq was perfect. I’ve given the villa description 3 stars as all the sun beds need replacing. Beds are all comfortable although one of the double beds had an ill fitting bottom sheet. Shower and bathrooms need completely modernising. Black mould appears around the bath and the shower is completely useless. Whilst the Kitchen is well equipped we still had to buy a cork screw bottle opener to replace the broken one! All knives need sharpening. Cleaning stuff is non existent so we had to buy these as well as cloths for wiping surfaces. In my experience these are usually supplied ( I hope the next occupants are able to take advantage of what we left! ) Lesson learnt I will not be renting via an agent again as it felt like the bear minimum was. supplied and no money spent on the property for a long time.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Mallorca in dieser wunderschönen Finca sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Grundstück sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es ist die 4. Finca in der ich auf Mallorca Urlaub mache, aber es ist mit Abstand die schönste und sauberste gewesen. Top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis !!!

Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Wir (8 Personen zwischen 62 und 25 Jahren) haben das Haus im Juni für 14 Tage gemietet.. Um es kurz zu machen, wir waren begeistert und wären gerne länger geblieben. Bei uns hat alles gepasst und das war die Meinung von Allen. Buchung und Anreise: Alles wie gewünscht und zuverlässig, direkt geantwortet, da Maria nicht auf Mallorca war, wurden wir von Marias Vater Kunibert sehr freundlich empfangen. Zum Haus. Was fehlte? Nichts. Es war einfach alles da, da hatte jemand nachgedacht. Küche von den Tupperdosen bis Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Mülltüten, Gewürze (sicher auch von den Vormietern) Pürierstab ….Sandwich Toaster, wenn wir etwas vermissten ….suchen und es wurde gefunden und es war alles in einem guten, gepflegten Zustand. Kleinigkeiten wie Einkaufstaschen, Sonnenhüte, Tischtennis mit ausreichend Schlägern und Bällen, eine funktionierende Nottaschenlampe, Spiele, Teelichter für die Terrasse mit Ersatz etc.. Mücken-Raumspray (Belastung hielt sich und Grenzen, abends auf der Terrasse sprühte man sich aber schon ein). Zusätzlich gab es Mückenschutzgeräte für die Steckdose (inkl. Ersatzpatronen) in jedem Zimmer. Wir haben die nicht benötigt. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Es gab eine Garage direkt am Haus, da stand auch die Waschmaschine und ein Wäschereck. Im Wohnraum lagen noch Decken … wenn es denn kalt gewesen wäre. Es gibt 2 Bäder im OG (eines mit Badewanne) und unten noch ein WC im Haus und eines direkt am Pool mit Dusche. Da war auch der große Grill und noch ein zusätzlicher kleiner Kühlschrank, den wir mit Getränken bestückt hatten. Das war alles sehr praktisch. Der Pool (bis zu 2m tief) war groß genug und es gab noch ein paar Schwimmhilfen (großer Ring, „Nudeln“).Liegen, alle in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles sauber. Die wirklich schöne Aussenanlage ist weitläufig und man konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Bei 8 Personen sinnvoll, es entstand nie das Gefühl zu dicht oder zu eng. Man hörte die Vögel zwitschern, sah den Milan am Himmel und einen großen Marder im Garten. Rosmarin war reichlichem Garten vorhanden. Die Zwischenreinigung war problemlos, die Pool- und Gartenboys waren leise und unauffällig. Das Haus liegt mit der umlaufenden Überdachung dem wilden Wein stimmig in der Landschaft. Man hat schöne Blicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Einkaufen: Eroski und Lidl direkt an der Hauptstrasse, ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Auch bei der Abreise. Alles nach Wunsch.

Wir haben die Finca mit 8 Personen für 10 Tage gemietet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus bietet genug Platz, die Außenanlage mit samt Pool ist für unsere Gruppe einfach nur perfekt gewesen und die Anbidung an die Ortschaften in der Nähe waren ebenfalls sehr gut! Mit insgesamt vier Schlafzimmern und Bädern (drei mit Dusche und eines ohne), guter Klimatisierung (der Schlafzimmer) und drei Kühlschränken (was für unsere Truppe sehr gut war) ist das Haus mehr als gut ausgestattet. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Mallorca fliegen, wird es wahrscheinlich wieder dieses Haus werden! Alles in allem auf jedenfall uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Gut: - Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück - Ruhige Lage - Traditionelles, optisch ansprechendes Haus - Sauberer, großer Pool - Grill & Außenkühlschrank - Tischtennisplatte Schlecht: - Türen und Betten knarzen / quietschen - In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich ein Filter, alter Kaffee und Schimmel - Duschvorhang verschimmelt - Klimaanlage in 2 Schlafzimmern klappert in unregelmäßigen Abständen deutlich hörbar - Waschmaschine hat sehr unangemehm gerochen - Pool Liegen waren alle bereits an mehreren Stellen gebrochen und stark abgenutzt - Tischtennisschläger waren stark abgenutzt und mit Hakenkreuzen sowie Beleidigungen beschmiert Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Dennoch entsteht der Eindruck, dass nur das absolute Minimum in das Haus investiert wird, was die Erfahrung leider etwas trübt. Beispielsweise könnte mit geringem Aufwand bei den knarzenden Türen Abhilfe geschaffen werden sowie die Tischtennisschläger für wenig Geld neu beschafft werden. Auch die Pool Liegen sollten dringend erneuert werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine sollte selbstverständlich sauber und schimmelfrei sein. Für die Sommermonate ist das Haus absolut ausreichend, da man sich ohnehin die meiste Zeit draußen aufhält. In den kälteren Monaten würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
