Good place but the key situation needs to be revised. Having one set of keys that need to be dropped off at a SPAR two blocks away to coordinate with anyone staying in the apartment was terribly inconvenient. The sofa and chair in the living room were dirty and need to be replaced. The mattresses were quite lumpy. The windows were very effective at blocking out the sound of trains nearby so that was good.
Not sure where to start ..... I have stayed in this block before so I knew where it was and the check in process so I was ok with that, big plus is the underground parking. However, when I booked property the location was incorrect and closer to where I needed to be for my work (needs adjusting).
The apartment itself was very disappointing, the main issue was cleanliness, key areas for me bathroom (ensuite) was terrible, the chair and sofa in the lounge was that bad I didn't want to sit on them. Stained and also had what looked to be cigarette burns in various places. I put a blanket down to sit on but still felt dirty.
The apartment is also very close to the railway line and with the direction of the balcony even with the window closed was very noisy, due to the warmth I needed to open windows and doors to get some cool air in.
Other notable issues included the a broken ironing board that I couldn't use and the bed was that uncomfortable I couldn't sleep.
So, I actually checked out 1 night early as I decided I didn't want to stay in the apartment any longer.
I did register my initial concerns including ironing board but the response was slow, if you are staying at a property for a very short period you want responses in hours not days and the responses I got disappointing,
Would I stay again or recommend absolutely not, the property needs a DEEP CLEAN, and a FURNITURE update asap.
