Newly refurbished, lower ground floor one-bedroom apartment. Clean, modern with minimal decor, the appartmenthas everything you need for a short/long break in the heart of London. Close to restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies and only 5 minutes walk from the transportation hubs of Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park is less than 5 mins walk while the beautiful area of Notting Hill and the Grand Union canal are just 10mins by foot. You will have easy access to West End theaters bars and restaurants while the East Part of town has now come closer with the Elizabeth Line; only 10mins away!

Our stay in Maggie's flat was absolutely perfect. We loved the location. It is walking distance to tons of restaurants. It was just down the road from Paddington Station which made traveling to central London and tourists attractions very easy. My son and I even walked to Buckingham Palace one day while enjoying the stroll through Kensington Gardens which is close by. Maggie was an amazing host with great communication and quick responses. We were very pleased and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host, Maggie was a pleasure to communicate with. Our apartment was well-designed, lovely really and clean and sparkling. The location of the apartment was perfect. In a quiet, little corner of London with little restaurants and shops nearby.All within walking distance of Paddington Station. Loved our serene stay in busy London and would stay here again. Thank you so much Maggie!

The place was great. Only reason for 4 stars, is that there should be a book explaining how some of the items work in the home. The owner was very responsive to our questions, but seems it would have been more efficient if there would have been details in the flat. Also dryer did not work, but an excellent drying rack is provided. Room darkening shades in bedroom would be nice as outside lights go off and on throughout the night.

Maggie und Ben waren sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sensationell, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der E-Mail Verkehr verlässlich. Einziger, uns bekannter Kritikpunkt, war das Sofa für die 3. Person. Es war Recht unbequem.

Very nice flat. Maggie is great and very attentive. Flat has everything you need. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Paddington station 5 min walk. Can take the train to all the places from there. Hyde Park is 5 minutes away as well.

Well located lower ground floor apartment

We liked the location near Paddington and Hyde park with transport, restaurants and pubs nearby.Apartment was very clean and has a good layout.The apartment is lower ground floor but still has good light. We were there in hot weather and it stayed cool. There is a slight damp smell which is common with lower ground floor apartments.

The flat was perfect. Real cute and comfortable. Maggie was super responsive with any questions we had and came right over when we were having an issue understanding the locks on the front door. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is really cute and nice and quiet.

Excellent

We found this location perfect. Handy to Paddington, the underground, Hyde Park and lots of shops and cafes. The flat was the right size for a couple, and had all the amenities we needed. Would love to stay here again in future.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay in this apartment and in London. It is accurately described in the listing and was very clean and bright. It had everything we needed so it was a relaxing place to come home to at night. Communicating with the owner was easy and she always responded quickly. She even went out of her way to get something for us that we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment and the location was so convenient to get to two Underground Stations.

We absolutely loved the flat we rented in London. one small item. The bedroom at night was hard for us to sleep sometimes because there were motion lights that would go on every time someome walked by, which was pretty constant. Recommend black out ccurtaindshades. shhafesblackshade

London apartment-Convenient location

This is a conveniently located London apartment for visitors who want easy walking to Hyde Park and surrounding areas. The host was attentive and very pleasant. The Pros: the apartment is in a great location and we found it to be clean with quality bed and bath linens. The bed pillows were nice quality and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics. The cons: the apartment was not very comfortable for our needs. One of us slept on the futon and one on the bed. The futon was tolerable and the bed was possibly comfortable if you like a very firm mattress. The apartment photos show two comfortable looking living room chairs. Those are no longer in this apartment. The one chair in the living room is not comfortable at all, so we just could not relax there. Though this was not advertised, a really nice addition would be to add a device attached to the TV to stream Netflix or other channels. I will share this and some other input with the hostess. It won’t take much improvement to make this a really great choice.

Flat near Paddington

I visited London as part of a European vacation trip with my wife and daughter. This flat is in a great location near Hyde Park and Paddington. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities for our time here. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment in a lovely neighborhood

We were in London for a week and are so happy we had this lovely little apartment for our home base. Maggie was a most gracious hostess and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood is amazing. Wonderful restaurants and only a few minutes walk to Paddington station. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again!

Cosy apartment

Absolutely loved my stay. Had all you need to cook with. Very warm and cosy apartment. Only issue was front door key, although owner exlained how to use it, often it would not work and took several tries to open door.Found this stressful, as I never knew if I could open it or not. Maybe a lockbox with key and one lock instead of three might be better?

Very good location

The location is very convenient for travelers - straight ride from the airport to one of the central train stations from where you can get anywhere in the city.

Perfect Flat!!

This was the perfect flat for our trip to London. It was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the subway. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our hostess made us feel so welcome and gave us restaurant recommendations and tips. We would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Safe neighbourhood, supermarket and restaurants nearby, tube station moments away. The host was great - she even came over quickly to help us with an issue as we were off late to meet our trains. Highly recommend!

Great location

This is a great unit in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the Paddington station which made seeing the sites very convenient.

5 days in London

Once we found this flat we enjoyed it very much. The address over the main door was faint so we ended waking up and down the street a few times. It is close to Kensington palace park , close to the tube. It felt like staying in a neighborhood. The one thing I miss as compared to a hotel is there is no one at the desk to ask questions. Also some flyers and tube/bus info would be nice.
