Residence Marelena - Tramontana

Villino Tramontana is a holiday home for 4 guests on the ground floor of a recently-built complex, Residence Marelena, 30 meters away from the sea in Casalabate, picturesque and lively seaside location on the Adriatic coast, north of Lecce.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as parking and large furnished porch, air conditioning, smart tv, internet, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets.

Villino
Tramontana is one of the eight holiday homes in the recently-built
complex. It is independent, with pedestrian and car gates, so you can
park in the property.
It is introduced by a wooden porch with outdoor dining area ands sitting area where you can relax.
Villino Tramontana consists of a living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom. The air conditioning is in both the living area and the sleeping area.

Residence Marelena is in Casalabate, in a quiet area only 30 meters away from the sea and 150 meters away from the city centre of Casalabate, the first seaside location near Lecce.
In Casalabate there are the main services such as cafè, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, supermarket, shops and playground, a small harbor and a picturesque weekly market every Sunday.
The holiday home is within walking distance from the loved seafront promenade that at night full of youth and families, making it ideal for a lovely evening or a walk. There are often events with live music.
The
long beaches with high dunes, scented by Mediterranean scrub, are
partly free, but there are some beach establishments such as Sun Beach
and Lido Exotic. The sea is crystal clear and the beaches are soft and enriched by seashells.
Casalabate
is the first seaside location near Lecce, the town known as art city,
thanks to its old town centre, the churches and the Baroque buildings,
the wine and food tradition and the lively nightlife. The airport of
Brindisi is less than 30 minutes` drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
