Perfect for a family vacationing in Florence, this apartment truly has everything you could want. The apartment consists of a super-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two modern bathrooms with shower. The house has been recently refurbished and is very modern and well furnished. Our place stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The only suggestion i have is to have some instructions on how to use the dryer bc we couldn’t get our cloths completely dry. Other than that everything was great, the location was amazing and the check in and check out process were very smooth. i would definitely come back.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence!!!

This property is only one floor up and central to all the favorite attractions. There are terrific restaurants, right around the corner a market across the street. Checking in was a breeze and the owner, very attentive and communicative. Highly recommend this property!

Although the manager showed us what to do if the power went out, he didn't relate how touchy that power system is in the apartment. By using the washer, dryer and a toaster at once we lost power from early morning until evening. we started looking for a hotel room.

Lovely apartment in a central location...close to everything. Great Chinese Restaurant literally outside the front door. Some noise in the early morning as the market comes to life.

Great location!

We were able to walk to the spot with our suitcases from the train station. It was a short wait for the check in but she was so sweet. The wifi was spotty but the place was super clean and kept us cool! Easy spot to stay at!

Property definitely needs refreshed. Air conditioning was not explained very well during the check in process. We stayed 9 days and when we asked about emptying the garbage we were told just leave outside our door …. Where it stayed for 3 days. When we arrived, there was food left in The fridge. Not very well kept although we loved the location.

Location made easy access to great restaurants & shops, which made the weekends very loud. Found serious black mold in the shower, once reported it was cleaned up. Elevator was broken and was told it just broke, but the dust in the in the elevator door track was very thick and appeared it hadn’t worked for some time. We had 12 stairs to carry luggage and groceries up and the motion detection light for the entry and stairs would not always light up. Plugged in the toaster for one slice of toast and it blew a fuse. No other appliances were being used at the time. Pictures were deceiving, small kitchen with a round plastic table with 4 plastic chairs and one chair was badly cracked. The kitchen was the only place to sit in place.

Front door can be confusing but easy fix!

Great location but the google maps location takes you to green door with the same house number except theres a sign for a Chinese restaurant over it. You actually have to go around the corner to the left from there. Confusing but super easy fix!If you're driving a rental car to the place there is a parking garage right next door that also takes care of notifying the police you drove inside the ZTL (zone) for you so you don't get fined. VERY convenient.

4/5 - Spacious Unit, Great Location, but Better for Cooler Weather

The apartment was well located, and check-in was easy and the team was easy to communicate with. The person handling check-in was friendly, the unit was spacious, especially compared to other options, which was a big plus. There were a couple of hiccups during our stay: the unit didn’t have any silverware, and while the management team was responsive, they weren’t able to resolve it (because our stay was short). Also, the AC wasn’t very effective—it made the room slightly cooler, but it never really got cold (or to the set temp), not the most ideal for staying here in the summer. I’d consider staying here again, but only if the weather was cooler.

Challenging

The rooms were fine - the neighborhood so noisy until very late at night! Keys were challenging - a key required to get OUT of the building?? The elevator did not consistently work. Absolutely no assistance available when we could not get through to the cab company so we had to walk all the way to the train station with huge suitcases in the rain. Boris was very kind. Expensive night for all of the challenges. But grateful for a dry roof over our heads.

Paper thin walls

The location of this apartment is decent. Within walking distance to attractions. Check in process was a bit chaotic as host charges the guest a city tax which is not included in the VRBO fee. Not sure if this is standard for the area however he forgot to collect at check-in and messaged me while I was out and about to ask when he could meet me. I offered to leave the money upon check out and he was insistent that he need it prior to then. That was annoying. The apartment is very poorly insulated. You could hear people talking, riding scooters, taking out the trash from the apartment which did not make for a restful nights sleep. The place was clean but not cozy. I would seek an alternative place to stay next time I am in the city.
