This is a truly top shelf vacation rental. Excellent communication, easy check in and out. The apartment is beautiful, serviceable, clean, conveniently located and well equipped. River view, river magic! Perfect locatuon

Check in was a bit rough to tell the truth, because of mistakes from both Maruska and myself miscommunication. Maruska went out of her way to accomodate us thereafter. Very nice stay!

Great location. Stairs were difficult to negotiate with luggage. Property was very clean and organized. Chairs in dining room were not comfortable to sit in and the couch and armchair were not very comfortable.

This apartment was in the perfect location, just south of the Arno river on the less touristy part of Florence. It was clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen, plus Marusca was kind enough to leave us a bottle of local wine! Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is the perfect location to be close to the historic sites without being right in the middle of the chaos. The apartment was just as listed. It was clean, comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend it!

Amazing apartment on the river

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the river was incredible and the apartment was well furnished. Location wise, it was very easy to walk to the major attractions but was far enough away that it wasn't overrun with people. There is a nice park just down the road that we took our kid to every day.

Perfect For Our Needs

The apartment was in a great location with beautiful views of Florence. The included parking space was easy to access and saved us the hassle of having to find public parking. When back in Florence, we will try to book here again.
