La normativa en la comunidad valenciana solo te permite hacer alquiler vacacional en bajos y primeros con entrada independiente,todo lo que esté en otras alturas es ilegal,con más luz, pero ilegal repito,aclarar que lo del ruido de tuberías en la habitación principal es solamente cuando llueve intensamente.
