Lovely apartment in beautiful Russafa

We stayed for a month in this historic apartment in Russafa. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood market, nearby playground and many cafes in the neighborhood. Public transit was easy to access and plentiful. Be sure to rent this place for your stay in Valencia.

Excellent communication, easy access to Valencia

Alberto made the check-in and stay very easy. The flat was cozy, with a wonderful view of the surrounding buildings and terraces from the living room window. Close to everything, in a vibrant neighborhood. A lot to like about the place, and plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, etc. to support a long stay. Must note, though, the neighborhood is very noisy at night, even on this small side street. Could also hear neighbors through the walls (late night antics). This is a charming old building and space, but that means that things are just a bit well-worn, and the sewer/water system does emit a strong odor. Quite good value, though, in this increasingly pricey city.

absolutely fantastic stay!

The location of this apartment is so convenient--walking distance to both train stations as well as the center of Valencia. The host met us right on time and showed us everything we needed to know, and the apartment itself was just perfect. Nice and clean and spacious and with everything a family would need. Great lively neighborhood too!

Beautiful apartment at a great location !

Very beautiful apartment which is a part of history. It was an honour to stay here. You have exposed bricks and wooden beams on the ceiling from 130 years ago. Also, there is an air conditioner. You will be thanking the stars or God every time you come into the apartment, turn it on and cool down. Check-in and -out: Alberto is lovely and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and fluent. He also answers pretty quickly on WhatsApp. What is available in the apartment: - Kitchen has plates, pans, and utensils. There is a fridge, a microwave and an oven. You can use the coffee machine, the water boiler and the toaster. - There is also a hairdryer. - Alberto provides clean towels which is awesome because our towels got dirty at the beach. - Luckily there is also a washing machine. Just bring a little powder with you or buy it from the supermarkets nearby. This cleaned the sand off our clothes and towels. Location: - The apartment is located in Rusafa, the hip outgoing neighbourhood in Valencia. - There are multiple (also vegan) restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Mercata Rusafa is also 2 minutes away where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Transportation: - It takes roughly 20 minutes with the direct metro connection from the airport to Xativa (next to Estacion Nord - train station). From there it is like a 7 minutes walk to the apartment. - If you like walking, you can also walk to the city centre, which will take around 30 minutes. We also walked slowly in the heat. - There is a direct bus connection to the beach, the museum of sciences, and the oceanography (the biggest aquarium in Europe). - Tram is also located around 5 minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops are everywhere around town, so also around the apartment. Also.. Metro transportation is free for everyone on Sundays so that is awesome! What to see and do: Just go to the tourist information desk (Google "Oficina Turisme València") and they will also give you information and a free map of Valencia. You can buy the VLC tourist cards at the tourist information desks or directly at the airport which allows you to use all transportations (bus, metro, tram) for 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. With these cards, you can also get a reduction on certain museum entrance tickets, restaurants, activities etc. The information is all available online at https://www.visitvalencia. com/nl/shop/valencia-tourist-card/valencia-tourist-card.

Muy céntrico y confortable

Hemos estado muy cómodos. En la zona hay todo tipo de comercios y está al lado del mercado de Ruzafa y Gran Vía. Muy flexibles en horario de entrada y salida lo cual se agradece y muy buena comunicación con el propietario que nos dio consejos para aparcar.

Corona virus Blues

Le contexte nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous sommes retourné au Canada car l’Espagne fermait. Nous avons consacré 4 jours à trouver un nouveau vol et à nous rendre à Barcelone. Nous avons quité l’appartement 5 jours plus tôt. La propriété est conforme à la description. C’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Alberto est un excellent hôte.

Rustig ruim appartement . In de buurt is alles : restaurant-tapas-Supermarkt-uitgaan! In 10 minuten in het historisch centrum . Fietspad voor de deur . De eigenaar is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels . We voelden ons welkom in deze gezellige stad .

Net appartement in een zeer gezellige omgeving

Het appartement bevat alles je nodig hebt tijdens een verblijf in gezellig Russafa en Valencia. Als uitvalsbasis voor Russafa met z'n vele cafés, restaurantjes en terrassen zeer geschikt, maar ook op loopafstand van het centrum (ong. 15 minuten lopen). Dus mocht je een stedentrip naar Valencia willen plannen, dan kunnen we dit appartement zeker aanraden.

Great apartment, great neighbourhood

This was the best apartment we have stayed in in Spain. The local area is full of life and the apartment is charming. Alberto met us and told us all we needed to know on checking in. The apartment was well equipped and it was a simple walk into central Valencia. Be warned the steps are quite steep but otherwise we would thoroughly recommend this apartment

Accueil par le propriétaire qui informe et conseille très utilement sur les commodités du quartier. L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé, situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre ville et des centres d'intérêt touristiques.

Es ist viel Platz da, sehr sauber, klein typisch spanischer Balkon. Der Vermitter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Viel Dank. Ruzafa ist ein cooler Bezirk mit vielen Kneipen und Restaurants. Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefühlt. Sie liegt im Stadtviertel Ruzafa, wo eine Markthalle mit frischem Produkte ist, viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Es liegt nicht weit weg vom Nordbahnhof oder von den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man kann das historische Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns auch verschiedene Sachen empfohlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Wir würden diese Wohnung für den Urlaub in Valencia wieder mieten.
