hello! of our house I hope you will appreciate the brightness, functionality and hospitality.
the apartment is comfortable has a large entrance, three spacious bedrooms a living room a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster kettle, pots and pans, kitchen linen extendable table.
adjacent there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer ironing board and iron-
there are two comfortable bathrooms one with shower box for 2 people and the other with hydrosound whirlpool tub-
finally there is a large living room with 50 inch plasma TV bluray player, decoder for netflix and amazon platforms, stereo with speakers, comfortable sofas and double sofa bed.
there are two comfortable balconies. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, has an armored entrance door.
the neighborhood is lively safe and quiet. It is located in a convenient area to reach the center of Florence on foot in 20 minutes or by public transport, (very convenient tram takes you to the station in 4 stops) it is in a quiet and safe area served by many amenities has quality supermarkets, restaurants, sushi and Thai pizzerias, excellent ice cream parlors, wine bars and delicious pastry shops but also beautiful green parks with spaces dedicated to children, there are banks churches and post offices, retail shops of all kinds. museums and historic churches, sports centers, gyms and tennis courts and swimming pools.
