They say first impressions count, and Egerton Gardens IX will certainly have you feeling welcome from the moment you step through the front door. Nestled just behind Kensington’s bustling high street, this gorgeous two-bedroom apartment sits within a historic, red-brick period building on a quiet residential street. With the luxury department stores of Harrods and Harvey Nichols less than a ten-minute walk away, there’s every reason to enjoy a spot of retail therapy. In the opposite direction, you’ll find the magnificent Victoria & Albert Museum and Natural History Museum - this lovely apartment really does have some of London’s finest attractions right on its very doorstep. A wonderful base for couples and small families alike, this stylish home feels fresh and modern while retaining its traditional architectural features. An open-plan lounge unfolds into a dining room and a spacious kitchen, with large windows bathing every corner in natural light. The airy master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private ensuite with a bath. A second bedroom offers a double bed, as well as its own ensuite shower room.

- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. This home is on the third floor. There are two steps at the entrance and then there is a lift. There are small flights of steps in various other locations in the home. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. The home's water pump system makes a loud sound after one of the bathrooms have been in use. This only lasts for a minute or two. There are security cameras in the communal areas of the building. This home also accepts pets. If you wish to bring your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. There are plans to replace the lift in the building in late 2025. There is currently scaffolding on the building while redecorating works take place. This can be seen from the windows inside the flat.
