The property

We are located 13 km from Girona and just 20 km from the Costa Brava (Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Playa de Aro). We’re right next to the Carrilet Greenway (900 meters). Public parking is available near the house. The area around the house is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the coast, but close to both when you’d like to visit. The Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Internet access and Wi-Fi are available, as well as a TV.



Services and common areas:

You’ll find extensive information about the Carrilet Greenway and other cycling routes. From the house, you can set out on walks or long hiking trails through the vast forest of the Gavarres Massif (a protected natural area).



The forest begins just 600 meters from the house. We have a terrace, perfect for barbecues, and a sunny 40-square-meter garden. The house has two bedrooms: one double and one single. There is a spacious, sunny living room with a TV and a terrace overlooking the garden. There is a regular bus service every half hour to Girona and every hour to the Costa Brava. Everything is in place for you to combine relaxation and tranquility with the warmth of the Costa Brava and the charm of Girona, the “immortal city.”
