3 well sized bedrooms boasting wonderful natural light, modern décor and super comfy beds.
The apartment has state of the art appliances and a fabulous 75 inch SMART TV
Golfers, walkers, families or friends this apartment caters for all.

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to Gleneagles.
There a 3 well sized bedrooms, the master bedroom as a shower en-suite.
The other 2 bedrooms have the option of sharing an additional shower room.
The lounge is open planned, bright and spacious and the modern kitchen has all the appliances one needs to enjoy a self catering holiday.
Should guests wish to bring bikes there is a lockable area suitable for this.

Nice apartment in convenient location

We spent two nights here and very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a short walk to all that Gleneagles has to offer and a short drive to town. Would recommend if considering a place in the area to stay.

Clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of 6 and dog !

Great location next to Gleneagles to spend time with family from Australia. Lots of lovely walks for dog who was happy with the house too.

Wonderful flat close to Gleneagles

Stayed with some friends and had a lovely time. Very comfy beds and well appointed flat. Would stay again for sure.

Stay near Gleneagles

Surrounded by golf courses, raspberry and blueberry patches, beautiful footpaths and stunning scenery, this is a great home base to explore Perthshire. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, in a quiet building on a great street for walking.

Fantastic apartment and location for playing Gleneagles and other courses. Worth noting that there was no means of drying clothes on description, and given Scottish weather and being golfers, drying clothes is rather vital. Also hanging facilities for towels in ensuite would have been handy.

Heating is electric, most rooms have air panel heaters. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The apartment allows one well behaved dog. A £20 pet cleaning fee is required.
A private chef can be organised for your stay (charges will be applied) ask Elizabeth at time of booking.
