Luxury Scottish Holiday Lodge with Hotel, Leisure Centre, Pool and Spa

Our Lodge at Duchally Country Estate offers stylish, modern luxury accommodation and great leisure facilities in 27 acres of parkland, surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire.

The two -bedroom lodge that sits within the grounds is furnished, equipped and decorated to the highest standards with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The lodges can accommodate up to 6 guests and the main bedroom has full en suite facilities.

The estate’s impressive leisure centre boasts a heated indoor swimming pool with adjacent children's pool. There is also a spa bath, a steam room and a sauna, as well as a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym. After your swim or workout, you can relax with a light snack, coffee or soft drink in the comfortable lounge of the rustic-style cafeteria.

The restaurant offers award-winning cuisine and is open to all. Tables are subject to availability and reservations are recommended.

Birthday Weekend

We were all delighted with the property it was cosy and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was very clean and really well equipped. Would definitely book again.

Excellent accomodation

Arrived to a very clean property although the bin at the front door had not been cleared but this didn't affect our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby of 10 months. Having two bathrooms was a bonus, travel cot and high chair provided. Infact there was nothing that the property didn't have, well equipped

A gem of a location

We stayed a couple of nights at the Duchally estate in this property. The locations is fabulous, the little leisure centre and pool was perfect for our young family and the property more than met our needs, especially with 2 family bathrooms and 2 large double bedrooms. We will be back and I can highly recommend.

Perfect short break

We had a wonderful trip for my daughters 3rd birthday. The lodge was perfect for our needs and very clean and well equipped. Despite it raining the whole time, we enjoyed using the hotel pool and a trip to the safari park. We’d like to rerun again in the summer to explore more of the beautiful grounds.

We would stay here again

House in lovely quiet location off the beaten track, but close to local town. We'll presented comfortable property. Use of the Hotel leisure facilities an added bonus.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful location

The property was in a beautiful area of Scotland with many activities and places to visit close at hand. The property was spacious and well equipped. The review did not mention that the property was one of 59 at the location, but the buildings were well sound proofed and the site was peaceful and tranquil. The on site leisure facilities were excellent and we had a lovely meal in the hotel. Communication with the manager was a little disappointing. We did not receive information about checking in until we contacted the manager a few days before our visit. We contacted the manager to highlight some damage to the property, on our arrival ( So that we were not held accountable for the damage) We also contacted him with concerns about two damaged and mouldy showers which did not provide enough hot water for four people to use the showers. In this time of enhanced cleaning this was probably the most concerning factor as we received no response. We had a wonderful holiday and the minor concerns did not effect our enjoyment. We would recommend the Duchally Estate to anyone who is looking to enjoy the beauty and experiences of Scotland.

Excellent property and location

We had a lovely time and the lodge was very spacious and clean. The lodge was well equipped and had a nice balcony to relax on. The location was good for days out in Crieff, Perth and Auchterarder. I would stay there again.

Short trip to auchterada

Lovely peaceful Lodged in great setting good for exploring central Scotland. Over all standard of accommodation was good, let down slightly by broken upstairs window, some general diy needed for rotting outside balcony etc and a house manual Would have been helpful. Enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Break

The cottage was lovely and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The Spa area was very enjoyable and staff really helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great property with everything we needed for a family break. Check-in was easy and appreciated being able to eat in or take advantage of the hotel or nearby Auchterarder restaurants.

Excellent location

The location is excellent with connectivity to main road and at the same time, can lead you to interiors quite quickly....the property is situated in a nicely maintained estate and is a perfect fit for a family holiday.

2 Bed Duchally Lodge

Initial problem with check in was handled fantastically well. Should add this was out- with the owners control. Beautiful , well equipped lodge with outstanding views to the rear of the property. We had a great stay and will certainly look to book again on our next visit to Duchally. 5 star experience 👍
