Very bright 80 square meters apartment on the fourth floor with lift in the historic center of La Spezia, a few steps from the most important connections such as ferry departures for Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Central Station and bus stops, all reachable on foot in a few minutes.

Elisa was a fabulous host! She went above and beyond and even greeted us at the bus station after our train was canceled. The home was spacious and clean. All the beds were comfortable and she provided very nice amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here! Close to shops, restaurants and all transportation.

Nice apartment about 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The property is clean and well maintained. We were there during a busy weekend with lots of stuff going on in the local town which was nice to experience the culture. Elisa was very welcoming and helpful with all her recommendations.

Wonderful stay and gracious hosts

We had one of the best stays ever at Casa Dora 5 Terre in La Spezia. Our hosts Massimiliano and Elisa are so gracious and they went out of their way to help us during our stay. Their beautiful apartment has and excellent location and is well equipped. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay at Casa Dora 5 Terre

Casa Dora is a beautiful apartment, well equipped and full of welcoming treats. Elisa was there to greet us and was available to respond to any questions. Close to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Thank you Massimiliano for a lovely stay.

Perfectly located for exploring the area, Elisa and Massimiliano are super communicative and have detailed knowledge of just about anything you could need.Location is close to all the town's main amenities so no need for a car. From the beginning of our booking we had the best communication with the owner, she provided us all the information we needed,When we arrived she showed us around with details and welcomed us with the best Italian goodies and a wonderful bottle of wine. Spacious, clean beautiful apartment

The apartment is wonderful, big rooms, plenty of light and an elevator! The host provided us with everything we needed including coffee, tea and a light breakfast. From the apartment we were able to walk to the train station, the marina and many restaurants and shops. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent clean property in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Dora 5terre. It was spotlessly clean, close to amenities- restaurants, grocery, train. Elisa was there to greet us (with an early check in) and offer to be available with any questions. Spacious rooms too, great washroom. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if lucky enough to return to La Spezia. Thank you so much for your beautiful apartment!

Family visit to Cinque Terra

We used the apartment as our home base for a full day travel/train rides between the five villages of Cinque Terra. Eliza was an incredible host. We used her for advice on our trip planning for the day and how to use the transportation. She provided plenty of basics to get us started so that we didn’t need to hit a store - so grateful! Also, the price point was great. Eliza - thanks so much for everything!!!

We were delighted by our stay at Casa Dora 5. Eliza met us to explain everything in the apartment. She also provided a lot of extremely useful/valuable information about the area — attractions, weather conditions, restaurants, museums, etc. The apartment itself was spacious, well-stocked and pleasant. We loved having a washing machine after a few weeks of train travel. 😀 They even left us a bunch of treats to eat and a bottle of wine. It was lovely. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed a week in La Spezia and the apartment was the perfect base for catching a train to Cinque Terre ( train station a 20 minute walk). We bought a two day train pass and explored at our own pace. The apartment is near the port and covered market and there are plenty of great restaurants within an easy walk. Museums and castle were also walkable. The apartment is well appointed and communication with the hosts was very east, great recommendations on local restaurants - very kind to us with treats left for our breakfast and a lovely bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! pictured

We had a late arrival and the host was more than accommodating in meeting us later than normal. She was very kind and helped us get into the place and walked us through to familiarize us with everything. The place was beyond clean, it was impeccable! There is a lift available and with luggage this was a life saver! The place includes a washer that was very helpful as we were at the point of needing laundry done. There is great access to public transportation. Be sure to buy bus ticket ahead of time. We learned hard way. In the place there are a variety of useful maps, i formation available. Our host was made herself available with questions. Would recommend this place for a convenient and clean place to rest while you explore beautiful Cinque Terra and surrounding area.

Amazing host

Elisa went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. She met us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment and gave us parking options in the area. She then drove with us to a parking garage and gave us a personal tour of central La Spezia. She certainly went above and beyond answering our questions and giving us recommendations. The apartment was perfect and so well stocked. The amount of food and drinks available was amazing. Everything was carefully thought out and all the materials you need for a perfect rip to La Spezia and Cinque Terre were available. The apartment is just a couple of blocks from the pedestrian areas with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is an easy 15 minute walk to both the train and the ferry dock. We were very surprised with how much we liked La Spezia for a base. Dropping off luggage was a bit tricky but Elisa was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to this area.

Excellent emplacement pour découvrir la région. Hôte exceptionnel, toujours à l’écoute, d’excellents conseils. Propriété grande, très bien équipé, bien situé. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Nous avons très bien été accueillies. Nous avons reçu toutes les explications nécessaires sur le logement, sur les alentours et les visites à faire. L'appartement est très bien situé et il est vraiment conforme aux photos. A quelques minutes du centre, des restaurants, des magasins et de la gare ( pour rejoindre les Cinque Terres, Pise, Florence, etc …. ) L'immeuble était très calme. On en garde un très bon souvenir. On y retournera ! Encore merci à Elisa et Massimiliano pour leur accueil.

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Genossen haben wir die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone, dem Hafen, dem Bahnhof und die Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. An alles war gedacht: selbst an Waschmittel und Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und gaben uns nützliche Tipps für Restaurants mit glutenfreien Speisen. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeit in Parkhaus in akzeptabler Nähe.
