The house is located just 5 minutes from M1 junction 31, and the start of the M18 going North. It is located at the edge of the mining village of Kiveton Park, with the old pit having been beautifully transformed into stunning community woodlands which are right on the doorstep.

The house is so close to both M1 and M18, making it a perfect stopover when driving up and down the country. It's right on the edge of the village giving you beautiful views of the stars on a clear night, and super easy walks into the countryside from the door.
