About this space
Located in a rare quiet spot in the sought after, and well located Edgbaston area of Central Birmingham, this large 5 bedroom house is a real treat, and only a 10 minute drive from the Bull Ring, Mailbox, and other central attractions. To the side of the property are some woodland, which boast short walks for that extra peace and quiet you need to clear the head after a busy day.
The space
Ground Floor - As you enter the front door, there is a hallway. On your right are a downstairs WC, and a storage room with hooks to store your coats and shoes.
To the left is a large, modern lounge area with modern furniture, enough seating space to sit 8-10 people comfortably, and a large 55 inch Smart TV.
To the rear is a large open, fitted kitchen with modern appliances and a sturdy dining table.
First Floor - The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, and two storage rooms, and the family bathroom. The large bedroom features a Super King Size bed, as well as a modern en suite bathroom. The second room features two single beds, formed as bunk beds. Ideal and comfortable for your children. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, and WC.
Second Floor - The top floor consists of three further large bedrooms, on of which has a Super King bed, and another with two single beds. These rooms have a linked en-suite bathroom accessible from both rooms. The third bedroom features a single bed.
There is plentiful wardrobe and storage space within this property. It would be ideal for a longer stay, as well as been a great hub for shorter stays.
There is a parking space to the rear of the property and plentiful on street parking next to the property.
Guest access
All rooms apart from one room are accessible to guests. There is a locked room on the top floor which isn't accessible to guests.
