Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Kaanapali Royal B303 is a spacious condo located on the golf course in the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort area; the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! This home has just undergone remodels to the kitchen and both bathrooms, plus a new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and new carpet in the second floor master bedroom. It is the perfect spot for families, a group of friends, or even couples to enjoy all that Kaanapali and North West Maui have to offer!

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Sunset Dinner or Snorkel Sail, Farm Tours, cultural activities and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

PARKING FEE: The resort requires guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a flat rate parking fee of $160. This fee is paid to the on-site front desk directly by all guests parking overnight.

Kaanapali Royal is resort living at its finest, located next to the beautiful Kaanapali beach and world famous Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. Just walking distance to the beach, Whalers Village, and all the Kaanapali Restaurants, this property sits back on the golf course away from the crowds so you can spend your days on the beach and go back to your quiet secluded condo to relax and enjoy a drink or dinner on your lanai! Resort amenities include private tennis courts, BBQ area, and pool to complete this golfer's heaven. Stroll the scenic walking path along the North and South fairways to Whalers Village, the largest shopping and entertainment center on west Maui. Great stay, great location

The property was fantastic! It is in a very central location about a 10 minute walk from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the location and would definitely recommend staying here. The property was very spacious and the supplies were perfect.

The condo was everything we could hope for! It had a magnificent view of the golf course and sitting out on the lanai was like being in paradise! We were close to all the fabulous restaurants and across the road from Whaler’s Village. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo was in a great location, walkable to a little grocery store, shave ice, and, across the golf course,we could walk to Whalers Village and our favorite beach near Black Rock. The condo was clean and had all our needs, including a BBQ on our deck, beach towels and 4 beach chairs. We will definitely look up this condo for our next trip. Mahalo!

Really wonderful, spacious, clean condo overlooking a golf course. Most others in the complex are full-time/part-time residents or vacationers just like us.

Happiness

This was the perfect setup for us especially our children. We were close to our cousins so it made it easy for the kids to visit one another. They loved the pool! We loved the shopping and the restaurants which were just a short walk away! Beautiful place and definitely recomnended

Spacious condo

The apartment was perfect for us. Really big upstairs and with all of the amenities. The pool was nice for days where we didn't want to walk to the beach, but even that is just a few minutes away. Good restaurants and shopping near as well. I'd definitely come back!
