“Villa Salud”, charmante maison prùs du centre de Málaga

Maison des annĂ©es 30: hauts plafonds, portes doubles, chambres spacieuses, terrasses, poĂȘle Ă  bois. RĂ©novĂ©e et meublĂ©e en 2011 avec un bon standard.

Villa située dans une rue calme. Le centre de Malaga est à seulement 10 minutes et la plage Malagueta est à environ 20 minutes à pied.
La maison dispose de deux appartements indĂ©pendants qui peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment ou ensemble.

Chaque Ă©tage dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bains et un salon avec un canapĂ©-lit double, il est donc appropriĂ© pour des groupes de 2-16 personnes. La maison a plusieurs terrasses ensoleillĂ©es trĂšs spacieuses et bien Ă©quipĂ©es avec des tables, des chaises etc. La piĂšce centrale sur chaque Ă©tage est la cuisine-salle Ă  manger. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, il y a un poĂȘle Ă  bois.

La maison est trĂšs appropriĂ©e pour les grands groupes d’amis. Les familles avec enfants sont Ă©galement les bienvenues car la maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre sĂ©jour aussi confortable que possible: lits, rails de sĂ©curitĂ©, etc.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. We LOVED that she had oscillating fans in many of the rooms for airflow.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped, quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood just a short walk from the city centre. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it!

Quiet location but within walking distance of everything you need

Great location to see and do everything Malaga has to offer. Clean spacious accommodation with all home comforts. Great service on arrival from Antonio who assured us we could contact him at any time. Would highly recommend.

Lovely flat

Home away from home

Our family very much enjoyed the comforts of Villa Salud during our five day stay in Malaga. It felt like staying in the home of a friend rather than a hotel. We loved the back terrace where we could enjoy a meal, the sun during the cool of morning as well as a shady place to sit and read in the hot afternoon. Though climbing the two flights from the street to reach the front door was a challenge for the 70+ year-old grandparents in our group, it was worth it!

Nice, clean appartment at a good location. It is a good walk from city centre and beach. It would be nice if comfortable sunbeds would also be available on the second floor appartment. City Buses to the Center are handy and frequent.

Wonderful accommodation!

The owners were very responsive, apartment was spacious and clean, and very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic pantry items. The location was great, quiet and peaceful but close enough to town to walk in. Plaza Merced is around 15 min walk away and it's a great place to spend an evening people watching. The internet was strong enough for me to attend my 3hr online class in a video call with no problem. Patios on the front and back of the house, extra bathroom and washing machine off the back patio, this was an excellent place to stay.

The apartment has a good location for a successful stay in Malaga, quiet area, close to shops and local restaurants. The city center is within walking distance, taxi approximately 6 Euro. The apartment is modern and well equipped with all the equipment needed for a sucessful stay. Nice secluded terrace at the rear of the apartment with the possibility of grilling. Wireless Internet worked perfectly.

"This apartment is the perfect place for exploring Malaga. The neighbourhood is tranquile, cosy, beautiful and with a friendly atmosphere. It takes 10 min to walk to the city centre/ the Picasso Museum and another 10 to get to the beach. We stayed with two small kids and the patio/terrace is nice for lazy afternoons. The house including the kitchen is very well equipped (also with children stuff) and the people renting it helpful with all the questions we had. We recommend it!"

Ideal apartment in an ideal quiet location

We've just come back from staying at "Villa Salud" and we found it ideal for our needs. It's located in a quiet neighbor and within a matter of a 10 minute walk you are in a lovely area , full of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, ,including internet, outdoor patio (not overlooked) and a log burner. We took advantage of the airport transfer \ door to door service by a guy called Angel, who is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. We are planning to go back next year. For the price and location of this apartment then I would highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment in Malaga

Stayed in this apartment for 1 week with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Really enjoyed staying here as we found the apartment to be very clean and spacious and it had everything we needed. The owner has considered the small things such as ensuring there are plenty of towels and a kitchen stocked with utensils etc. It genuinely had everything we needed. The apartment is very close to supermarkets and cafe's etc and we got the bus into Malaga centre each day, which was really convenient. Communication with the owner was good and someone met us promptly upon arrival. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.
