Welcome and personal key handover until 8 pm Late check in available and on request. Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa. Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning). A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. My wife, mother-in-law and I stayed at this property for ten nights. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back again. The location was wonderful; it is an extremely peaceful place. The villa itself was clean and well-equipped. The communication with Villa Gran Canaria was also excellent and they always responded in a timely manner. Overall, we would come back here in a heartbeat.
There are a few things to mention that need a little attention. The pool was mainly clean but we there was visible debris at the bottom of the swimming pool every morning; we were unsure whether the pool was cleaned before our arrival or during our stay. Also, there were a few things, such as the upstairs bathroom window not shutting and exterior lighting in the garden and in the pool, which did not work.
As I mentioned previously, these aspects did not spoil our time at all. We would love to come back again.

The property is very nice indeed, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool and garden area is nice and tidy. The little BBQ was also really appreciated.
We did have some issues with the air-con in the bedrooms, but the management company were very responsive and eventually supplied a workable resolution.
The property is about 2km drive into the gated golf-course (and from the Spar mini market), which makes it feel very secure. There is plenty of free parking behind a barrier on the top level next to a passenger lift which takes you down to the bottom level where the property door is located.
We found that the Salobre Hotel was a 15 minute walk and allowed us to use the Pool bar/restaurant when we fancied lunch out.
Most things like various beaches and supermarkets are around 15-25 minute drive once you factor in the 7 min drive within the grounds of the golf course.
I would recommend this property, our son enjoyed the pool and watching the golf buggies passing at the end of the garden.

Unacceptable
We intended to stay a week at this villa, described as 'luxury at its highest extent'. On arrival, we discovered the floor tiles in the downstairs bathroom were broken, uneven and loose underfoot. As a result, the door could not be closed. We found this both hazardous and totally unacceptable. The sliding bathroom door upstairs would not close properly either. The roller blinds in the upstairs bedroom couldn't be lowered for privacy, and the air conditioning in the room barely functioned. The general finish of the property was poor. We left without spending a single night and have asked for our money back.
