This luxury villa, with private pool in the Tauro valley near the magnificent port of MOGAN, is the sunniest place on the island and sheltered from the wind. The climate is mild all year round, with pleasant temperatures every twelve months of the year. This gives warm winters and summers without excessive heat. The village is calm, no excessive urbanization. It is eternal spring. Appreciating the best microclimate in the world, this villa has high standards and equipment and has marble floors and air conditioning in each bedroom. The garden and the fully enclosed swimming pool are out of sight. This house is fully equipped for six people with the possibility of baby equipment. The villa was lovely, well kitted out.we enjoyed the pool and the views. The garden and pool area were very private. The pool had a jet you could swim against. The local Spa shop was very well stocked, and the local restaurant was worth a visit and just a 2 min walk.

We had an excellent stay herr. Check in was seemless and detailed, apartment was well equipped, great layout, fantastic and well needed pool. Great location - the apartment is tucked behind gated golf course, so very safe, and 5 mins drive to the best beaches. Amadores beach recommended. All in all a lovely and relaxing stay i would recommend to anyone.

A wonderful week in a beautiful villa

Gorgeous, architect designed villa on an immaculate, exclusive estate. It has everything you need and is beautifully presented with the convenience of a fantastic on site restaurant and Spar supermarket. It’s a mile walk to the local beach so we would recommend a car and the pretty nearby town of Morgan is a must. Highly recommended.

The villa was absolutely 1st class well equipped on an excellent complex very private with a lovely poolOnsite supermarket and grill bar both very reasonably priced Gerard and his wife lovely people checked with us to make sure everything was all ok very attentive one of our party is in a wheelchair and the villa is all flat entry absolutely perfect would love to return in the future

Amazing property and location

This is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The outside area is also amazing for sunbathing, swimming, eating, drinking and relaxing! The owner is wonderful too and was there to greet us on arrival and to say goodbye and check all had been ok when we left. First class!

Fantastic property

Gerard's villa is even better than it looks in the pictures - maintained to a really high standard and beautifully furnished. The location is great too, right on the south coast of the island, very close to a lovely beach and only a few minutes' drive from Puerto de Mogan. Gerard was very helpful and responsive and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Superb villa

The hosts , Fabienne and Gerard, were superb and ensured the villa met all our expectations. The location is good for visiting all the island ( but a car is needed) . At the same time the villa and local area is relaxed . It is easy to walk to the local beach . The villa is private so one can enjoy the pool or dine in the garden and sit out late into the evening.

An idyllic vacation !

This location could not have been better for our month long stay! Private but centrally located to meet all of our needs. We had a car and it would be a “must” if staying here for any period of time. The villa contained all amenities- 2 BBQ’s, a lovely pool, sunny garden areas and shaded outdoor areas! Spacious, clean and an exceptional host who promptly and happily responded to our very few needs. Would definitely recommend this stay!!! Thank you Gerard!!!

Great place

This was our second stay in what's becoming our favourite getaway on Gran Canaria. The house is large and clean with a private garden and pool with a nice view all the way to the ocean. Close to golf, beaches and lots of good restaurants in Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogan and Argenguin, but you can easily spend a few days in the house with all you need in form of a private pool, kitchen and BBQ. A well equipped supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Gerard is the nicest and most helpful host you can wish for.

Fabulous relaxing Holiday

Pictures do not do the property justice, it has a much larger feel. Area is lovely and generally quiet. I would recommend this villa to friends and family. You need a car but everything you need beach, shops restaurants are all 5-6 mins drive. Villa very comfortable, issue with hot water on arrival but sorted out quickly. Once we had settled in we had a Fabulous 2 week relaxing holiday, to which we were very grateful, in view of the last 2 years of lock down. Thank you for wonderful holiday we will be back sometime?

Fabulous relaxation

A really beautiful property – we felt like film stars! Well equipped with loads of space, including big bedrooms and a small, beautifully maintained garden, with sun and shade options throughout the day and lots of comfy recliners. A really peaceful development, with a good on-site supermarket and simple restaurant offering fantastic grilled meat. The glass-sided swimming pool was much nicer than we imagined - we swam most mornings and had the pool to ourselves. The closest beach is still under development - but lots of options along the coast. Friendly contact from the property owner, Gerard. All in all, a big thumbs-up!

Great break away

Gerard, the Owner, was very accommodating with various date changes we had to make due to COVID restrictions. We had originally booked for 2020, 3 changes later and we arrived September 2022. The property had everything we needed. The outside space was amazing and we spent most of our time there. The neighbourhood was quiet and the onsite facilities offered everything we needed for a short break. 6 50+ ladies and we had a great time. We are now looking at dates for next year, to make it an annual event. Definitely recommend.

Paradise

The photos are totally accurate, in fact the place is even better than the photos. So much space, although with the wonderful weather and beautiful outside space, we never even sat in the sitting room or ate inside! Really large bedrooms. The extra toilet in the main building is a bonus. Enough loungers & space outside for all 6 of us. Pool a perfect temperature. 20 minutes walk to the beach where there is a great bar - we didn’t go in the evening, I think it would be a difficult walk in the dark. Very well stocked Spar a few minutes from the villa. The on-site Tauro grill was great, we ate there 3 times, really fun live music on the Friday night. Very cheap taxis (we got them to pick us up from the Spar) - €3.80 for a six seater to Puerto Rico, but we had such a relaxing time by the pool we didn’t go out much at all. Gérard was a total gentleman and wonderful host. Absolutely recommended.

Amazing Villa & Area

Where do I start, On arrival this villa is an absolute haven, the urbanisation it is on is quiet, peaceful and so relaxing, this is the perfect getaway for anybody of any age. We were a party of 6 including two children who were not bored once! The villa is equipped to a luxurious standard with everything you need for a perfect home from home.There is a pool but it is more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool however is great to dip in and out of if sunbathing in the garden as the sun is on it all day long, if you want to swim there is a pool on the site with glass sides and sunbeds with parasols which we used from time to time, even this area of the complex was quiet some days we had the pool to ourselves most of the day....... Superb!! There is also a local Spar shop there and a restaurant which are both brilliantly priced even compared to the main supermarkets locally. Gerard the owner has a lovely place, it is nestled alongside a championship golf course which you walk along to the wonderful beach, although there was a little work going on there where they are making a pedestrian walkway to the main beach of Amordores, we had a little further to walk than normal. The villa is 35-40 mins from the airport, we used a company called Zip Transfers which we booked from home and they had a private driver waiting at the airport to greet us and take us directly to the villa and also collect us for the return flight home. We did hire a car for part of our stay and visited a Cowboy themed park, a Zoo, Karting track and a Water park, all were excellent. If your children are over 10 years old you will generally pay adult price admission for them and you will be asked for proof, we paid €25 per person admission, Car hire though is not essential, the taxi service is superb and a taxi to the next town of Puerto Rico is only €3 and from there you can get a water taxi on a glass bottomed ferry which will take you to Mogan, Aguineguin, Maspolomas on a day ticket. The markets are amazing running around the Island on different days, we visited the one in Mogan, which is one of the largest on the island, it runs there on a Friday and the port and harbour are breathtaking and definitely worth a visit, very picturesque!! We have had an amazing 2 week holiday in the height of summer, pure tranquility & relaxation. I would recommend this villa and area to anyone, we are missing it so much already !! Absolutely 5*!!

Simply THE best villa holiday we have ever been on! Driving to the villa using the clear instructions from Gérard, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. As we approached the Golf Course, the area was so peaceful and idyllic! The resort where the villa is situated is safe and secure, and has a Spar stocked with all the essentials you need. As well as this, there is a fab restaurant on site too, as well as a larger pool for public use. The villa is just as picturesque as the pictures show - if not more so! Every room of the villa was in perfect condition and the whole villa was light, airy and spotlessly clean. We loved how the bedrooms were separate from the main part of the villa for peace and privacy. You are not overlooked by neighbours at all. It may have been less busier than usual with us being there in December, but we couldn’t get over how quiet and peaceful it was in the villa! The garden was the perfect size and immaculately fringed with gorgeous plantations and palm trees. Views of the golf course and mountains all around - it simply is gorgeous! The sunsets in the evening were exceptional! The private pool is just fantastic! Not only is the size generous, Gérard heated it every day for us to a wonderful 28*! The pool never felt cold to enter, not even first thing in the morning, or on a cloudy day. The kids never wanted to come out of the pool! We didn’t try the other public pool on site during our holiday as we didn’t need to ~ we knew it wasn’t going to be as private (or as warm!) as the one in our villa! It was Christmas when we stayed and Gérard had not only dressed the outside of the villa with Christmas garlands, but dressed the dining table for a family Christmas meal, and had placed a beautiful Christmas tree in the main room for us, complete with twinkly lights! Other decorations adorned the villa and we felt very festive! Not only that, Gérard had kindly bought us champagne and chocolates as well as extra chocolates for the children as welcome Christmas gifts. These little touches just made us feel so special! I was travelling with my elderly Father and Gérard had gone to considerable effort to arrange a walking frame to be used by my Father during the holiday to make him feel more secure as he moved around and it was perfect for him. Gerard truly went above and beyond for us all and we are so grateful to him for such exceptional service and wonderful hospitality! We just can’t wait to return now!! :-)

Fantastisk flott villa. Store rom, rent. Det var stille og fint, ingen innsyn til villaen.Sol fra 10.30 til den gikk ned 18.45 (januar)Kort vei til alt, med bil. Vi var veldig fornøyde med at det var to griller, en på gass og en på kull. Tauro Grill restaurant, to minutters gange, god mat og hyggelige folk som jobbet der.En liten Spar butikk med det man trenger, ellers bare 3 minutter med bil til Mercadona i Puerto Rico.Gerard og Fabienne var fantastisk fine verter og svarte med en gang det var noe vi lurte på. De var tilgjengelig under hele oppholdet vårt. Vi vil gjerne komme tilbake.

Die Villa ist sauber, gepflegt, ruhig und perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große, von außen uneinsichtige Pool lädt mit seinen 25 Grad Wassertemperatur zum Planschen ein. Die Vermieter Fabienne und Gérard sind sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, äußerst angenehm im Umgang, reagieren sehr schnell und lassen einem doch 100% Privatsphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Séjour parfait, endroit de rêve, hôte charmant

Nous avons passé 5 semaines de rêve dans cette villa où il ne manque rien à votre bonheur: propriétaire aux petits soins et très réactif en cas de problème, panier gourmand à l'arrivée, literie de qualité, jardin et piscine privatifs. Et pas le temps de s'ennuyer: plages accessibles à pied, golf 18 trous (+ possibilité de faire une initiation et golf 9 trous pour les débutants), terrain de pétanque près de la maison et mini-golf gratuit à Amadores (boules et clubs mis à disposition par le propriétaire). Excursions que nous avons préférées: les petites villes d'Ingenio, d'Aguimes et de Fataga, les Dunes de Maspalomas, la zone archéologique de Cuatro Puertas. Si j'ai une toute petite critique à formuler, c'est qu'il serait temps de remplacer certains poêlons de la cuisine... En tout cas, un grand merci à Gérard pour ses bons soins! On reviendra sûrement.
