Apartment located just 250 meters from the Ruzafa market, well connected with a sunny east-facing terrace throughout the year. Distribution on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The Ruzafa neighborhood of popular tradition is today one of the most active neighborhoods in the development of new cultural projects with a multitude of small galleries, bookstores and also new restaurants, cafes, terrace bars and some nightclubs.

Valencia local neighborhood

We had a good stay at the apartment and chose this location because it was two blocks from where our friends live. It is in a neighborhood with lots of locals and families with good cafes all around. It's about a 15-20 walk to the old part of the city and about five blocks to the park that runs through the city. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The towels need an upgrade. All and all a great spot for visiting Valencia.

Nice flat in a good location

The flat is nice and comfortably accommodated 4 adults, but it could use some updates. The screen on the window in one of the bedrooms was all torn up, and there is no air conditioner in that room, so we had to open the window in the evening to cool the room down, but deal with flys coming in. Also, the couch has several stains on it, and is the only seating in the living room, which only accommodates 3 adults. It would have been nice to have extra seating in the living room. The kitchen has a awkward set up, and is very narrow, but we made it work. It was nice that there was a dishwasher and a washing machine. The back patio was nice, and we enjoyed spending the evenings outside playing cards. Also, although the flat is on the 1st floor, you need to remember that in Europe the 1st floor typically requires you to walk up a flight of stairs. We were advised not to use the elevator and although this was not a problem for us, it could be for individuals who are not able to walk up stairs or carry their luggage up stairs. The two bedrooms face the front of the building so you can hear a lot of street noise from the restaurants across the street and people walking in the evening and from children arriving at the school across the street in the mornings. There where several restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores within 5-10 min. walking distance from the flat which was very convenient. The Valencia central market/old town area were about .7 mile from the flat, which was nice.
