The building offers a variety of apartment types in addition to these, and also allows guests to combine multiple units if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building.

BRIGHT-RED SUITE: As you enter the 70-square-meter apartment (renovated and redecorated in 2021), you’ll find a bright, soft, gentle space: the spacious and sunny living room features a brown sofa that converts to a double bed, a light brown sofa, and a square glass table with four comfortable white chairs; the red kitchen is separated from the living room by a semicircular wall. Two wooden steps lead guests to the sleeping area: one bedroom with a NEW king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a practical desk with two red chairs; the other bedroom features a single bed, a mirrored wardrobe with shutters, and a practical desk with a white stool. Between the two bedrooms is a modern bathroom with a beautiful shower.
The apartment is quiet and peaceful.


Check-in day
We do our best to accommodate individual guests’ needs regarding check-in days.
Check-in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 10:00 AM
In case of late arrival: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, a 30-euro fee applies; after 10:00 PM, a 50-euro fee will be charged.
