Villa Margarita is a welcoming and secure holiday home, ideal for families seeking comfort and relaxation near the center of Carvoeiro.



The spacious living room offers an inviting setting for moments of leisure and togetherness.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, a twin bedroom en suite with a shower, and a guest bathroom.



The first floor features a double bedroom en suite with a shower and a sunny balcony with sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing family meals.



Outside, the enclosed property offers a heatable pool (additional cost) surrounded by well-kept gardens, as well as a barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Algarve’s pleasant climate.



Located near the center of Carvoeiro, this villa is close to the beach, shops, local market and several leisure activities such as golf, tennis and water parks.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

The 7 th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Wonderful Family Retreat

We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with everything feeling comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying sunny days, and the location made it easy to reach nearby shops and the beach. A great spot for a peaceful break.

Relaxing and secure family stay

We had a lovely stay in this welcoming villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor pool, barbecue, and dining areas made our time together very enjoyable. The villa’s location near Carvoeiro was convenient for beaches and local attractions. We also made use of the company’s restaurant Algarbe, which provided a great dining experience.

Lovely property, nice village near the beach

We stayed here for a week in mid April, unfortunately the weather wasn't great, but Martin the property manager was super helpful suggesting places we could visit and gave advise on boat trips and walks around the beautiful coastline. The villa is a short drive or nice walk from Carvoeiro, which has lots of shops and restaurants. The property is clean with a lovely private pool that we used in spite of the chilli weather, a barbeque that we also used. Our only gripe was the upstairs bed was uncomfortable for us (very hard), though the rest of our family had no complaints.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Margarita! The house is beautifully maintained and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and air conditioning. The pool area is private and peaceful, surrounded by lovely gardens, and the outdoor space was perfect for family meals and relaxing in the sun. Its proximity to Carvoeiro’s restaurants, shops, and beach made it easy to explore without a car. Highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient holiday in the Algarve!

Home from home

Lovely villa/pool. Well equipped kitchen. Within easy walking distance (20 mins) of beach and town with lots of really good bars and restaurants. Fabulous coastal walk and views.

Great!!

Villa Margarita was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect, just a short walk into the charming town of Carvoeiro and its beautiful beach. The villa itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a highlight, and the kids loved spending time there while we enjoyed the lovely outdoor dining area and BBQ. The en-suite bedrooms provided comfort and privacy for everyone, and the sunny balcony upstairs was a great spot to unwind. We’re already planning our next visit!

Beautiful villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa, which is in a great location with stunning views. Good sized rooms and amazing pool. Karen was super helpful and booked a boat trip for us - an absolute highlight of the holiday. Only negatives were the ants in the kitchen (to be expected with the heat I guess) and the mattress upstairs was a bit hard. Would certainly book an Algarve Villa again.

Substandard stay for a villa of this cost, but a lovely swimming pool

Potentially amazing villa but our trip was ruined by cockroaches (biggest ever even after 2 years travelling Asia), mini spiders and ants in the kitchen. No air-con in living area. The agency is efficient but a little abrupt in communication at times. Plus a very weird secretive check in which actually meant the villa had a different name?!? The pool was awesome though. The location was pretty good and the villa has amazing potential.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely, spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. We paid for the pool heating and it was well worth it! The pool was lovely. I will say that the bed was definitely way too hard for me and this was agreed by the other members who stayed at the villa with us. The only down fall was the checkin process with villa Algarve. On the booking it states you will receive the checkin information a week before. I had to contact the company 5 days before, and then I messaged them on the day of travel and was advised to contact them an hour before arrival, so I called as we left the airport as that was an hour away. We were literally outside the villa and they would not give us the codes until 10 minutes before checkin times. We would have been happy not to enter the villa until agreed checkin time BUT you hear of so many horror stories with villas that this process made us all very nervous and we have booked around 15 villas with Vrbo and never before had these issues, so I would be cautious of booking a villa again if villa Algarve is the property manager. I will say there was no issues with the refund of the damage deposit as I have read in trust pilot for villa Algarve. It is a shame that this put a dampener on the holiday that need not of happened. Villa was perfect

The property is great; we enjoyed our stay and have booked for next year. Unfortunately I wanted to sleep in the upstairs room, but the bed was extremely hard, so had to sleep in a single. There was also a leak in the upstairs bathroom, which I fortunately heard and reported so it could be fixed, which was an inconvenience, as it was nothing to do with us. Also; we booked for the pool to be heated, but it was heated so much it was like stepping into a very hot bath which made me feel a little nauseous, so I asked if the temperature could be turned down so it was just warm. I had no response to this for 3 days, and then was advised it could not be turned down, it was on or off, which I find hard to understand, so I asked for it to be turned off, which then made it really cold, but it was the only way I could use the pool. Not sure if there was a language misunderstanding ref the temperature but I would be keen to know if it actually could be set at a lower heat and if so I would book it for next year. Also, there was only one umbrella outside, so we asked for another 2, which were provided, but neither of them worked, which was disappointing. Other than this, we had a good time.

Belles vacances ensoleillées

Très beau séjour, avec une belle vue sur les palmiers et la mer, un peu loin de la plage pour s'y rendre à pied car le coin est très en pente. Sinon un village très animé, beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques, de belles balades à faire avec des paysages magnifiques.
