Wonderful holiday villa with airco, heatable pool + jacuzzi on golf development
Casa Pitanga is a charming holiday villa situated on the renowned golf development of Vale do Milho, about 2.5km from the centre of the idyllic fishermen’s village Carvoeiro and within walking distance from the stunning Centeanes beach.
This tastefully furnished villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor terrace with a barbecue area and several seating options, a private pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers and a wonderful roof terrace with jacuzzi (charged separately) and lounge area.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.
