Enjoyable Stay

Everything was clean and tidy. Ample towels. The only suggestion I would have is to have a railing on the top bunk. Younger kids really can't sleep up there without risking falling and getting injured.

What you see is what you get!

The management for this particular property was on top of it! There was toilet paper, paper towels, towels, toiletries, and beach toys and chairs. I didn't need half the stuff I brought!

Not very clean

There was a panty liner stuck on the comforter of the bed. The tub had an oily film on it. I was really disappointed that I had to clean so much when we arrived.

June vacation

Quality of products in the unit were not the best, the cleanliness was not great, the units floor was nasty. The dryer was broken two days to prior to our arrival according to the staff after calling in for maintenance and we were not notified prior to check In the dryer was not working. we found out after washing a load of laundry that it was broke our arrival night- Wednesday night, they took several days to fix it , it was finally fixed Saturday evening and we checked out early Sunday morning, having 8 people with 3 littles, having no working dryer was MISERABLE. The unit could not offer any substitute for a dryer. Not suppose to leave items on the balcony to drive etc but guess what we had NO CHOICE. We had to request additional towels multiple times before they were actually brought to the unit. Only one additional trash bag was given, so we had to purchase some for our 5 day stay. There was no dust pan in the unit. A mop was provided but no bucket. The shower curtain sticks to you while showering as they are cheap and do not stay attached to the tub. So that was a pain. The location was nice, easy walk to the beach. However the unit itself and the service received needed to be better.

We hate that the dryer was broken, and we very much understand how that presented challenges during your five-day stay...especially with eight adults and three children at the property. We hope that the credit helped ameliorate this inconvenience. We were happy to bring towels to you at your request. Thank you for letting us know about the dust pan and the mop bucket--we're following up. That said, we are glad that you enjoyed the unit tiself and the location. We hope those strolls to the beach were lovely and that you made lots of happy memories on the Emerald Coast! Come back soon for more.

Summer Fun

i had 5 days with my son and his lovely wife and 2 children. The condo was perfect for us. Grammy and teenager in bedroom and Mommy and Daddy in master bedroom with the 3 rear old.. we had balcony with table, chairs and pool toys. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. we had a wonderful time. My son and his family have already been back. It is the prefect place for a family vacation.. Would love to get that same unit next June. Can't say enough good things about the unit, complex or area!

Girls trip from Louisiana/Texas

We enjoyed our stay and the location. Lots of room and balcony was nice size. Had great view. The only thing we were upset about is when the electricity went out about 2 1/2 hours (?) when we noticed.. It was hot and we had to get up at 4:30 am to leave.

Needed some more supplies which have historically been there. However, it might have been removed due to COVID-19 issues so giving benefit of the doubt. Good stay.
