Ariel Dunes II unit 1702 is located in Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach! The resort has boundless amenities including a zero entry pool, tennis, golf, onsite restaurant and private deeded beach access! The emerald green waters and sugar white sand awaits.....

The condo has been beautifully decorated with calming coastal colors and comfortable furniture! Unit 1702 houses a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and a separate bunk room with a door. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities you will need to entertain and prepare some wonderful meals. There are charcoal grills on property for you to use as well. The kitchen table seats 6 but there are four additional bar stools for extra seating. The spacious balcony has a dining table for four and is a wonderful addition to this piece of paradise. Having dinner on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset is a must do while you are here!

There is a large pool and fitness room located on property for you to use while you are here. Beach access is a short walk away! You can rent chairs with beach service or you can use the wagon, four beach chairs and umbrella the owner has provided on the balcony.

Seascape Golf and Tennis Club offers golf, a 5 star tennis club, pickleball and several pools. The resort has several restaurants nearby for dining. Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, and Fine Dining…..The Majestic Sun at Seascape is everything you want your vacation to be and more!

In lieu of a damage deposit. a $79.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00 in damages. The fee will show up on the payment pages as an admin. fee.
