- Door Lock Codes: The lock code for both the main building door and apartment door is changed at every check-out. You will receive the personal code one day before your arrival.

- Linen Sets: the cleaning company prepares linen according to two persons per bed. If you need to sleep separately to use sofa bed, the cleaning company charges a one-off (per whole reservation) £20 per linen set.



- Guest Number: the apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.



- Cancellation policy: We are open to an exceptional cancellation option, including refunds or vouchers in case of an emergency or last-minute change of plans. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties.



- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.



- ID request: A photo ID matching the main guest name and picture must be provided before arrival for security purposes. As the apartment is self-check-in, we have to ensure that the booking is legit and avoid fraud. Any photo ID is acceptable.



- Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.



- Parties are strictly prohibited. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.

Cute flat, very good location

Within walking distance to Paddington station. lost of good restaurants. Cute flat, street( noise)was a bit busier than I had imagined. but we loved having the balcony. lots of turnover of guests in the building, so the housekeeper was there every day. He was very nice & helpful.
