Had a wonderful stay and was very comfortable in the flat, everything was clean and well thought out. Had a small issue with the water heater, but was able to figure out how to repressurize on my own and host had great and speedy communication throughout the trip! The location was very convenient, safe, and easy to navigate.
The property is in a great area with a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. Near the old town and Parks. The appartment is big and well equipped.

The location of the unit is amazing. The unit itself is picturesque and homey. However, the property management team is atrocious. They are unresponsive and unhelpful at all turns. There were some issues with the property, sink faucet was leaking, shutters didn’t fully close, the curtains fell down, lack of instructions for dryer/trash for long term stays, bathtub didn’t produce hot water, the oven was not clean when we checked in, but worst of all was the wifi that was well below the stated and expected quality. All of these little things added to a less enjoyable stay, and we could’ve moved past them with the right response from the property management team. When we raised these issues they didn’t respond promptly (we had to press quite a few times).Overall, the place is nice, but probably not worth the hassle of dealing with the management company.
Property was excellent and convenient to restaurants and city center. Only problem was not being prepared for the flights of stairs to get to apartment. We are older adults and the six flights took their toll.
