Ca Na Julieta is an old fisherman house.
It is idealy situated on the cliff, overlooking the sea and has direct access to the famous beach " Cala Deià" , 5mn walking on a private pass.
From the terrace you'll enjoy the breathtaking views to the Tramuntana coast, the limitless sight and will start to enter into serenity.
Living in such a beautiful atmosphere is a privilege we are happy to share.
The house has been recently refurbished and offers all the comfort and luxury of a modern home in a landscape made of stone, vegetal and water.

DESCRIPTION.

Air conditioning, floor heating, WiFi.
SWIMMINGPOOL: 6,7MX2,2M.
PARKING SPACE: private and for one car. We recommend to hire a small size car as the path to the house is rather narrow.
HOSTING CAPACITY: 4 adults.
You enter to the property through a wooden gate and stone staircase.
You get into the house from the fig tree terrace.

Plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery for 6 persons.
All equipments are brand new.

Furnished with a table for 6 persons, 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables and fire place.

With washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board, vacum cleaner...

All bed linnen and towels are new and high quality.

From that terrace you'll find the path to the beach, 5mn walking.

Views to the sea and the coast.
THE GARDEN:
The garden in terraces is planted with succulents and aromatic plants.
This property is not suitable for children or handicaped people.It is 10mn driving or 30mn walking to the village of Deià.
The last part of the road is narrow, so we recommend to hire a small size car.
The house is semi-detached and has direct neighbours.

If you’re even thinking about booking this property, stop scrolling and book it now.We usually stay with family in Deia, but due to unexpected renovations, we needed alternative accommodations, and Can Na Julietta exceeded every expectation. This gem is perched high on the cliffs overlooking breathtaking Cala Deia, and we loved every moment of our stay.The listing photos don’t do it justice. The house is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, modern finishes, and everything you could need. The panoramic sliding doors bring the stunning views right into the living space, and both bedrooms share equally spectacular vistas. Heated stone floors kept the space cozy during our November stay, without any noise or bulky radiators.A short path behind the house leads directly down to the water, and nearby trails offer access to even more of Deia’s natural beauty.Hosts Anne Marie and Elena were warm, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting in the kitchen.This may sound over-the-top, but as a well-traveled couple, we can honestly say this was our best rental experience to date. The magical charm of Deia, paired with this incredible home, made for an unforgettable trip. We’re already dreaming of a return visit in warmer weather.

A once in a lifetime experience that I hope will happen again. The location and house are so stunning it is as if you stepped into paradise. The interior decor is designer quality; I am currently renovating my kitchen and I plan on incorporating some of the ideas here. The walk to Ca’s Patro March, a seaside restaurant you must visit, is easy. We didn’t walk to town but did drive- be sure to rent a compact car. Deià is a beautiful village and you are close to Valdemossa and Sóller. driving to Palma and Cap de Formentor are doable as well. If you are considering this rental and are able to drive some curvy roads to get here, Do IT!

Truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed—almost feels unreal. It’s definitely worth booking several months in advance since it’s quite popular, but you’ll be staying in the nicest spot in the area. There’s a private path down to the beach and even some lovely rocks you can jump from. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was incredibly romantic. Couldn’t have loved it more.

The home is beautiful and the view is incredible. Very clean! The road to get to the home is a bit windy and small so I would recommend taking a smaller vehicle. Other than that it was an amazing stay

Pure Magic

Our weeklong stay at Can Na Julietta in Deia was nothing short of pure magic. My wife and I spent a week enjoying perhaps the best view from a vacation rental we've ever seen. Cala Deia is simply heaven on earth and the house is the perfect perch to take it all in. The house has a rustic but very clean feel and blends in perfectly with the seaside cliff. The pool is perectly positioned to watch the water and boats below while high up enough to catch the sea breeze and keep things cool. We used the well equipped kitchen every night to cook up local foods from the nearby market and enjoyed cocktails on the veranda as the sun set over the cove.Despite the Cala below being extremely popular and sometimes very crowded, Can Na Julietta always felt private and secluded, but with good people watching opportunities from the various boats/swimmers in the water below. If you're looking for a place the get away from all of the noise and drink in the beauty of Mallorca, this is it. Communication with Elena, our host, was remarkable and she and her husband were available for everything we needed. She sent very clear directions on how to arrive including photos. And yes, as other reviews have said, you should rent the smallest car possible because the road down to the house is verry small and there are lots of other cars with peoplel trying to access the beach. But, the adventure is worth it! Thank you for a magical week, we are already dreaming of coming back someday in the future!

Perfect home base to explore Mallorca

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Can Na Julietta. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our adult children enjoyed having their own separate living quarters downstairs and we all enjoyed the spectacular view. Our favorite activity was walking into town via the footpath and stopping for coffee at S'Hortet. Anne-Marie was very responsive and helpful. Can not recommend enough!

Everything was perfect. The small town of Deia, the view, the house, it really couldn't have been better. The house was very comfortable, we ended up spending more time there than we anticipated, because it had everything we needed. There's a couple of small grocery stores nearby to keep the kitchen stocked.

Ein Traum

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir sind im Dunkel angereist, was die Zufahrt noch abenteuerlicher machte. Wer versucht mit einem SUV zu erreichen, sollte wissen, was er tut. Ein bisschen zirkeln braucht es schon. Angekommen war die Immobilie herrlich beleuchtet und im Außenbereich schon ein echter Traum. Innen erwarte uns Proviant samt Sekt und Wein für den ersten Tag, weil wir so spät angekommen sind. So wunderbar willkommen geheißen, war das gesamte Interieur einfach extrem geschmackvoll uns ausgesprochen sauber. Beste Betten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Sogar, und das ist unser Ernst, der Fernseher fehlte. An diesem Ort mit dieser Aussicht ein extrem sinnloses Gerät. Zum Glück hatten wir unsere kleine Bluetooth-Box mit. Zum Aufstehen ein Kaffee, eine kleine Schale Chips und skandinavischer Jazz bei diesem Blick. Einfach perfekt. Im Februar war die Bucht vollkommen menschenleer, was wir neben den tollen Wanderwegen direkt vor der Haustür ebenfalls sehr genossen haben.

Best Views

Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. We hiked up through the trails and found the most beautiful sunset.Anne Marie and Elena are the best hosts!! We asked for recommendations of places to eat, and Anne Marie took the time to researywhich places were open (we went during Dec holidays, so most places were closed). When we first arrived, Elena met us at Deia supermarket and showed us the way to the property. Thank goodness cause it would have been tricky for us to find. Elena was also gracious enough to show us around the property. All in all, we give them 10 stars. We are so grateful we found this property.

Deia Delight

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The house was gorgeous the view was amazing and the overall general area is very charming. We had a lovely relaxing time on the terraces and by the pool. And hope to return again one day soon. The owners and concierge staff were very easy to deal with before and during our stay. It is truly an incredible privilege to be able to stay in a place like this!

Idyllic

An amazing place in beautiful Deia. Only 1 of 4 homes down by the beach cove. Spectacular views. Updated and modern home and everything is perfect…from the infinity pool, to the modern kitchen, and did I mention the view. You are also a minute walk along the water to a famous 100 year old restaurant where you can eat amazing seafood with a glass of wine. It doesn’t get better than this.

Pre wedding haven

Can Carlota is a beautiful property situated on a cliffside looking straight out to Cala Deia. We stayed here for a week as we got married in Son Marroig so it was the perfect getting ready space and we got some gorgeous pictures on the terrace. The views are breathtaking and waking up to that every morning was an incredible experience. Elena was really helpful throughout our stay. We had a slight issue in that in the peek months, police actually don’t let cars down into Cala Deia between the hours of 11-4pm so a trip to the police station was needed in order to get people down to the villa pre wedding, so something to bear in mind if you’re wanting visitors. The road down is super tight so I’d recommend getting a small car and not driving in peek hours too. There’s no TV’s in the villa, not that we minded because it’s so gorgeous and weren’t needed but if you have kids who need entertaining, bring iPads! I’d also do a big shop in Soller prior to heading to the villa as there aren’t big supermarkets nearby. Overall if you’re looking for quiet time, a beautiful setting and plenty of pool time, stay in Can Carlota. You won’t be disappointed.

Little Paradise

we’ve had the best time in this wonderful house. it was so magical and it is the best view that you can’t get enough of. the only “problem” is the way to the house because it’s a shared way with everyone who wants to get to the beach. but if you drive in the mornings or evenings it’s not a problem! thank you so much!! we will definitely come back soon
